I’m a very long time Chase account holder. Last week I had to make an appointment in order to create an estate account because my father passed away. It’s been over a week. I still haven’t heard anything so I just popped over now. A woman was nice enough to help me and said no one even submitted any of the documents or anything like that since last week now I’m supposed to wait for a phone call from the original person I met with so far this experience has not been good.

What a shame that this bank has good references from many. But when you get to branches like this. They do not worry about providing good customer service and far from trying to incorporate a new potential client, the first thing they do is try to serve as few people as possible, making you return home with something as simple as a checking account. which would be the first step in establishing relations with Chase. As feedback, I think that administrators should supervise this more. And by the way, I come in to leave my suggestion and I see that I have not been the only one with a bad experience in this place. I hope they improve on this. MAY GOD BLESS YOU.

Very disappointing experience with Chase Bank. I drove to four different branches, and none of them had a notary available. Why offer this service to your clients if it’s not actually accessible? After being a loyal customer for over 15 years, I find it incredibly frustrating that I can’t even get a basic document notarized. This is not the level of service I expect.

Worst Chase branch ever , after being a customer for 15+ years , only two reps at peak time. After waiting for 30min of checking in decided to ask about the status and they told me they’re were busy so I decided to walk out.

Horrible customer service. They are horrible. I've been at the window for 15 min. No one acknowledged my presence. After 3 times pressing the call button, they come back to tell me they are working inside. As if drive ins are not customers. Do not come to this branch.

I wanted to overlook the negative reviews and give this branch a chance but I regret the decision. After sending up my deposit in the drive-thru I waited over 5 minutes (definitely longer but I didn’t look at the time when I sent it up, only tracked the time after waiting awhile) before someone acknowledged me. I patiently waited a minute or so before pressing the call button and then tried again a minute later. I also tried calling the branch but couldn’t get past the phone tree to talk to someone. I continued pressing the call button and finally someone answered and said they were working the front. I am not sure if it was my call button that got help or the two other cars that pulled up at the same time that triggered the employee to return to the window.

After reading all of the negative reviews, I still want to give the branch a try. On 8/12 morning, I went to the bank and was trying open a new account-not a great experience. The representative who greets customer was not very pleasant. In fact, she was kinda rude and inpatient after people asked her a few more questions. I guess I’ll take my business somewhere. I should’ve listened to what people said in the reviews- not the best customer service in this location.
