I wanted to overlook the negative reviews and give this branch a chance but I regret the decision. After sending up my deposit in the drive-thru I waited over 5 minutes (definitely longer but I didn’t look at the time when I sent it up, only tracked the time after waiting awhile) before someone acknowledged me. I patiently waited a minute or so before pressing the call button and then tried again a minute later. I also tried calling the branch but couldn’t get past the phone tree to talk to someone. I continued pressing the call button and finally someone answered and said they were working the front. I am not sure if it was my call button that got help or the two other cars that pulled up at the same time that triggered the employee to return to the window.

After reading all of the negative reviews, I still want to give the branch a try. On 8/12 morning, I went to the bank and was trying open a new account-not a great experience. The representative who greets customer was not very pleasant. In fact, she was kinda rude and inpatient after people asked her a few more questions. I guess I’ll take my business somewhere. I should’ve listened to what people said in the reviews- not the best customer service in this location.

My debit card was cloned and the individual was able to do 18 transaction from this location's outside lobby ATM and at no point did the chase system shutdown & block the withdraws. $1380 gone. There should be a camera at that machine that shows it was not me standing at that machine yet they continue to deny my claim. I will be filing a police report.

You are better off driving 45 min to an hour to get help at a Chase bank in a rich neighborhood. This place is a joke. About 10 desks with computers but only 4 people working at the desks. All I want to do is sign a form and go. It's unacceptable that i would have to wait to be squeezed in or make an appointment to wait days and hours. The only appointments available are 3 days from now. It is crazy that my credit union can simply send me a secured doc via email to sign, but Chase only wants to help you when it's time to take your money and charge fees. ( This is my experience at two different branches) I called customer service and got no help)

Need have training employees how to threat custumer. I vised this location 3 times and every time I getting worst service. I wish move my account to another branch. Seriously considering to move my businesses to a other bank after 17 years with Chase Bank.

You would think that the purpose of an appointment would be to secure a time frame and be guaranteed customer service, I can guarantee you that customer service does not exist at this chase location. I had a 230 appointment with “Dahei Vallellanes” and sat in the lobby for 45 minutes until some finally came up to me and said “let me tell her your here”! One other employee was also aware of my appointment and time of arrival this place is a complete joke.

This branch is the absolute WORSE for customer service. Never enough office staff and they don't care how long you wait. Today I was waiting and the girl came out and took a Spanish man ahead of me and a few other customers. Almost all staff is Spanish, so if you're white, find another branch.
