I was told I couldn’t cash a CHASE check… and that it also couldn’t be deposited...Strange. So I just mobile deposited it myself and the check was available same day no holds.. So I wonder why it wasn’t allowed?

I’ve been to the Chase branch on Narcoossee, and overall, it’s been a pretty good experience. The staff there is friendly and helpful. Every time I’ve gone in for something like account questions or even just needing cash, they’ve been quick to assist. The tellers are efficient, and I’ve never had to wait long in line. I did have to make a few visits during peak hours, and it does get a little crowded, but that’s to be expected in a busy area. The lobby is clean, and the ATM inside is always working. One downside is the parking situation, it’s kind of a pain to find a spot during rush hours. But other than that, it’s a solid location. Definitely one of the better Chase branches I’ve been to.

We’ve visited this Chase branch twice now, and both experiences have been absolutely excellent. Each time, the service was quick and pleasant—with no long waits. The staff is incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. You can tell they really care about their customers.
Everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. During our most recent visit, we arrived close to closing time, but they still welcomed us in and patiently helped us without rushing at all.
Truly can’t say enough good things—such great people and a fantastic experience every time!

Worst banking experience ever. I went to this location to send a mortgage payment. The teller (I believe he was the branch VP), for whatever reason, asked to see my online ledger from an account I have with a different bank and ultimately suspected me of fraud (because I don't live here and am visiting family for Christmas) and refused to proceed with the transaction. He wasn't following protocol and honestly I was suspicious of him as well asking to see my transactions with a different bank on my phone. I've been a longstanding client, but after this experience, won't be doing business with this company anymore.

Great customer service at this bank. Vicente Faust helped me multiple times to resolve my different requests. Even my very narrow schedule he still figured out to help to fix my issues. I very appreciate the customer service at this branch office.
