Bank personnel need to pay attention to the inside banking matters!! There has to be a liability when employees look for concerns outside of their office duties and interject themselves as bank personnel on the public sidewalk! Will your insurance company protect it's personel mingling with what they call suspicious off their property if they are attacked? Are they reporting everyone going down the street?

Don’t bother with this location. The drive thru ATM and the two inside never work. I have been here multiple times and have never been able to utilize any of the ATMs. Either they spit the money out or they take your money and you have to fill a claim. I’ve told banker tellers multiple times that the machines are unusable but it’s been months.

BE AWARE of this Bank, someone made a Zelle transaction without my authorization from my account to other account, i open a fraud claim and they close my claim after doing some vague research arguing that the transaction was legit. I show them proof that the transaction wasn't on my Zelle History Payment and they keep telling me that is was done from my account and from my device, so i lost my money. BE AWARE !

Came to open a business account at this branch only for Luis to turn me away because he wanted to go home play fort night. Ironically we already have another business account with them which now will also be closed as my business is not valued here at chase. Very bad customer service guys. Need to train your people better

Customer service is bad in this branch, to open an account they put you on wait for long long time and takes forever to assist you, preferably just go to another branch or another bank BIG NO FOR THIS ONE
