They never pick up the phone when you call... I'd never come here because getting someone on the line for a simple question is almost impossible

As another user reported, atms are still down. Tried the drive up ATM and the two inside. ALL are not taking deposits. Please see photo. Told the teller and called chase customer service. The service agent submitted a maintenance request. Hope it is fixed asap.

Don’t even bother going to the chase to use the ATM. It is the closest to me and 4 out of 5 times their ATM doesn’t take cash deposits. I have no idea why it works on and off.

Do not ever use chase travel to make any travel arrangements. You will be met with pushback and inaptitude. Currently fighting for a reversal of a travel booking made through chase travel because after we got to the hotel, we had to check out due to mold being all over the room. But was told by chase that the room is Non-refundable. For which I stated, even if the room has mold all over the walls? I feel that there are ways to help if the room poses a health hazard. The agent from chase travel then states and I quote,”it’s Florida, there is mold everywhere”. The pictures I sent showed mold in the bathroom among other places. The agent then says. “ oh it’s in the bathroom. There is always mold there because it’s humid.” This is all from the CHASE TRAVEL AGENT.
So take that for what it is worth. I feel that a chase sapphire customer making a travel arrangement through chase travel would get some sort of help, but I was sadly mistaken. I would receive more help booking through a third-party website. So lesson learned. Use this as a cautionary tale please. Make your travel arrangements elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Tellers are apathetic and could use a class on customer service. Young lady stared blankly at me sipping her dunkin donuts without asking what I was there for. Shame a new branch is so poorly trained

Tried to renew a CD today. Waited 25 min only for them to tell me I’m waiting for the person to come back from lunch to help me. Why wouldn’t you say that from the beginning. They obviously dont care about people’s time because I only have an hour for lunch as well

I have to drive 20 minutes to get to this chase as it is my closest one, not their fault. But this is in a very busy area: Kissimmee/orlando, right by Disney. I really have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but the drive up atm is ALWAYS down. And there is only one ATM, which again i feel is so crazy in such a busy area. This is probably the 10th time I’ve made the drive out here and the ATM is broken over the last year. It gets to a point where I can’t just look past it anymore. I’ve had to come inside and wait 30 minutes to deposit money when there are long lines of equally frustrated people. Please do better.
