Everyone gets their social security check a day early except people who bank with chase. They don't get it early, employees are just too lazy to work.

The ladies working there are very hostile and unprofessional. You find them chatting with each other and when you want a service they give you attitude for disturbing them. This chase branch is like a corner shop in a third world country

Although I arrived in the last hour of a busy Friday, I found the employees to be very gracious and assisting clients very swiftly! Alexis notarized my documents in a timely manner and made it a delightful experience!

I love the staff here so much I travel a little further to use this location. Maya, Felicia, Melissa, and Ami are all exceptional and very personable. I wish they did have an extra one of the fully-automated tellers in the main lobby. It seems out of place for the single one sitting against the wall.

I have frequented this Chase Bank repeatedly in the last couple of months, for different personal and company transactions. They always enjoy very good service and courtesy, starting with the security guard, who greets you.I showed up, with many things to resolve and not knowing where to start. Giselle Genao advised me throughout the entire process. I really feel very safe and satisfied. In his hands you don't feel like someone is selling you or scamming you, he is really very professional and with enough knowledge to honestly offer you the options that best fit your real needs and financial goals.
