I had the worst experience ever at this Chase branch. Afterward, I checked the Google reviews and wasn’t surprised to see it has the lowest rating in the area, now I know why. The front desk staff, particularly a woman named Gayatee, was extremely unprofessional, rude, and impatient. Her attitude reflects poorly on Chase and makes customers feel unwelcome. I will never do business at this location again. Please stay away from this branch if you value respectful and professional service.

They charge me $10 for a cashiers check.
Absolutely crazy considering I’ve been with them for over 7 years.
Chase is insane with all the charges just to get my own money . Will be switching banks !

Set an appointment for 2pm with Edilberto. Arrived 15 minutes early only to be “checked in” and ignored for the next hour with no resolution or explanation offered. That is except for the patronizing comments from other staff members such as, “I feel bad that you have to wait, can I get you a beer?”.
Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.

This is the WORST BANK EVER.
DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNTS WITH THAT BANK.
THEY DONT LET YOU USE YOUR OWN MONEY, EVERY TRANSACTION ON HOLD, Zelle blocked, YOU HAVE TO CALL EVERY TIME TO DO A VERIFICATION PROCESS, THEY LOCK YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT WHEN YOU MAKE A ZELLE PAYMENT TO SOMEONE NEW.
LIKE, what??? THIS BANK IS IMPOSSIBLE TO WORK WITH.

Ms. Marinell with her high professionalism helped me get my credit card application approved by spending so much time and efforts since the application was stuck for over a month despite multiple calls by me. She is definitely the right person in the right place. She also taught me extra things on the Chase App. I love this Chase branch now.

Chase has the most stupid in house rules, if you sell a car, boat or a motorcycle and that person gives you a check for over $2500, Chase shi tty bank won't cash it unless you have account with them, Chase used to be a good bank, now they SUCK! ??????
