On December 2nd around 7:45am to get gas for my vehicle. A friend of mine had to go in to use the restroom and then a minute later my friend came out and told me what happened. The guy at the counter told my friend that she cannot use the restroom and forced her to do her business outside. While I used my card to pay for gas, I had to wait for the guy to authorize my card to fill up the gas and I waited for a couple of minutes so I went to go in and meet that guy who was in his 50's, olive skin tone and I asked him to authorize my card and he told me that I had to leave for no reason. When I stepped out and told my friend my situation and then this guy then came out and told me that my card was declined because I didn't have the money on my card which I knew he caught with a lie and he threated me saying he will damage my vehicle with a bat if we don't leave immediately. At this point, we just got in the vehicle and left until the next gas station at 7-Eleven on S Conway Rd with no issues.

If would could leave less than 1 star I would. A guy on the counter by the name of Fab or Fat dont really know, but employee working on the counter on Fri 5/5/2023 was the worst . Extremely rude, even the person who I had on the phone from uhual recognized how poor and bad customer service he provided and how difficult he has been when he dealt with him in the past. Honestly, if this convenience store cant handle an additional service or partnership with uhaul they should terminate the contract.This appeared not caring on helping, started raising his voice when asking a simple question, even thought I had a representative from uhaul on the phone and a confirmation email from uhaul this guy refused to give me the truck key. Kept being belligerent, kept using profanity at me (uhaul rep heard it all).uhaul rep just kept apologizing for me having to deal with him.if this guy does not get reprehended, suspended or perhaps fired, He will ruin this gas station in days.poor guy he needs to learn how to treat people.
