Fun place for kids, but always chaotic and disorganized. In a way, it's tough to blame the staff since the location is always so insanely packed but the out of service machines, food items not available and overall disorder is just a bit much for my taste.

Too bad there isn't too many plaCes around. Need more employees to make sure floor is clean and the machines are working properly. Is a pain having to go look for someone and there's no one near

My husband and I decided to take our 3 kids here to do something fun on the last day of spring break. The second we walked in, all we could smell was weed! It was bad. We let them stamp our arms and we stood in line. In the 3 minutes that we were in line we got skipped by 2 parties, and no offense but by the looks of the people in the party, I wouldn’t dare speak up. We quickly turned around and left. When leaving I mentioned the intense smell of weed in the facility and the young lady stamping hands just laughed. Don’t mind that smell, but not in a kids place. Definitely won’t be back. Chuck E. Cheese needs to better monitor parents/adults coming to these places and provide some type of dress code. This isn’t a club, it’s a kids party place. We left and went to idrive, demographic was an improvement but the game section wasn’t as nice.

Cory was amazing! He was the only employee there and handled everything with a friendly attitude and made my daughter's forward experience memorable. Only 4 stars because none of the camera machines were correctly.

Safe & fun for my 3 y.o. grandson. I'm not a 'helicopter' Gramma, but I do keep my eyes on him. We go at off-peak times...When staffing & attendance have pretty good ratios. The new games are much welcomed. I enjoy them, too! He has such a great time, here cries EVERY time we leave, regardless of how long we've been there. Avoid the bathrooms.
