I have been using this gas station exclusively for the past 5+ years. They usually have great customer service and I've never had an issue until recently. Their customer service has been suffering lately given the new self-serve machines (one employee got annoyed that I had to enlist their aid in order to complete my purchase and gave me lip about it), but the worse experience was today when I only pumped $28.01 of gas but my card got charged the full $30 instead, which I find very odd considering the machine has only charged me the correct amount w/o fail every other time for the past 5+ years. I have tried calling various times, given I live 45min away from said gas station and can't just simply drive all the way back to argue my case, but no one has ever picked up the phone. I do hope someone in charge that cares about the establishment at least replies to this review and tries to establish some form of communication w/ the hopes of remedying the situation. Until then I can guarantee you have lost a regular customer.

I liked this gas station.
But I had an incident, a man tried to attack me for no reason, just when I was getting into my vehicle. I managed to leave, as quickly as possible.
Exactly a week later, I returned to the gas station, but with company.
To talk to someone in the store and tell them. I just wanted them to know that these things were happening right at their door, where they work. First of all, that person didn't specifically want me to talk to him about anything, he told me, ("if I wasn't going to buy anything, I should take care of myself and tell the police."); In fact, I think your advice is fine. I just wanted them to listen to me, because that way, they know those things are happening. But he didn't let me speak. And he told me, in a very unpleasant and contemptuous way. I came back, not until a week later, because I was scared and didn't want to go back alone. So, be careful with people, who are sometimes outside the stores, standing, we don't know their intentions. Be careful, the person's clothing doesn't matter, it can be anyone. This person was not a person, poorly dressed, he was the complete opposite.

This store could be closed at anytime when you get there. 8pm,10pm,2am . It happen to me more than 3 times when I try to get cigarettes or gas . You just don’t know it’s open or not . The worker come outside and guide me to 7-11 to pump Gas and they just stay inside and lock the door. I have to go to 7-11 even I live right across the street . How about change your business time on the Google maps and not wasting people’s time .

Store is always clean & bright. Friendly staff. Always stocked well on all kinds of beverages, snacks, hot foods, cold foods, cigarettes, etc. Beware of loiterers though.

Sam is a horrible store manager. Needs to be replaced asap. Or RETRAINED. store was closed all night due to him not being there with the employee that was in training sitting in the back all night.
