I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location today around 10:15 AM. The cashier on duty was completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. She didn’t greet me or acknowledge me at all. Instead, she prioritized other customers and made me wait over 10 minutes, even though my small personal pan pizza was already ready—just needed to be cut, boxed, and handed over.
When she finally decided to help me, she didn’t say a word or offer any courtesy. Instead of handing me my order, she threw the pizza onto the counter with an attitude. No smile, no customer service, just pure rudeness.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand. I hope management addresses this issue, as customers deserve to be treated with respect and basic courtesy.

I just drove here for them to be “closed” at 8:42. PM the employee is sweeping concrete outside & says the store is closed.

Every night now when I come to this Circle K the same employee is outside sweeping up or changing the garbage and he says he's closed. I then say it's okay I'll wait and he says no I'm going to be here for a long time you need to leave I'm closed! I worked at a gas station for years and just because you're cleaning or changing garbage doesn't mean that you can't stop and go into the store to take care of the customers!!!

I like this place there was someone outside with his baby girl in the heat I pray he is okay and that people are helping him to find a shelter for him and his baby and his wife and a job, if you see him please direct him to a shelter he wants help and is willing to work

Rap music is blasting the “ n word” , “ bitches”, “****** and “ ho”…. Its a bit much. Used to go there a lot. If i keep hearing that kind of music, i wont be back.

One of the worst stores, they need to put a limit on lottery at this store..they either hold up the line or the machine...i was literally told today "we are not doing lotter right now" I heard the machine running and I said someone is getting their lottery she said yes..so those of us who just want a couple of tickets have to stop at another store...

0 stars. At the circle k gas station on 6201 North OBT 32810.The younger dark female with braids on the register on June 24th, around 6:20pm. She first threw a pack of blunts and then turn out threw my change on the counter to fetch like a dog. She didn’t have no welcoming to the customers. I come to this gas station everyday for 8 years buying snacks, lottery and drinks. I don’t feel appreciated in this store anymore. The manager and the owner should have a talk with her. she needs to be terminated. It’s young people like her that cause hate and chaos in the community.

worst circle k ever. asked the manager where the bathroom was and they said someone stole the toilet, sink, everything. they also told me to pee near the garbage dump but there were homeless freaks wandering round there smh.

The store manager at this location is very rude to her customers, I was in line and she yelled at a Hispanic Customer because he sat something on the counter he decided he didn't want. Then she was talking out loud " I'm sick of picking up behind y'all every day, if you ain't gonna buy it don't touch it" The customer didn't really understand but I did and I told her she shouldn't be in customer service talking to people like that, she then looked at me and said, CAN I HELP YOU? In a rude tone, I said nevermind and left without purchasing anything. Sad! I'm sure the sales are down at the store I know I won't be going back.

Absolutely the worst Circle K ive been to. Employee’s are rude and the store manager she is a absolute Joke and has no customer service skills just RUDE! They really need to get someone with actual management experience and a better attitude and turn that place around! I will definitely be contacting Circle K Corporate directly !

Easy to access gas station on the corner of John young and OBT. Gas prices were $3.27 a gallon which is pretty comparable to other gas stations. The convenience store is stocked with stuff and thangs you'd need if you're on a road trip. Service with a smile!
