The general manager at this location is beyond rude and careless !! I came in one day paid for gas and the kiosk charged my card and printed a receipt went to pump gas and nothing came out … the cashier there was new and they had her by herself clue less as of what she should do … I paid $25 dollars that she said would be refunded back to my card which never came back… people are literally struggling these days and had that been someone who payed with their last dollar they would have just took a loss cause this circle and general manager does not care. I even asked her to see if she could call the costumer service department she declined she couldn’t with a smirk ..”theres nothing I can do” … as somebody who spends money at circle k often this one in particular it makes me sick … she acted as if she couldn’t accommodate me or even look into the issue horrible costumer service!!!

10/19 at 8pm, the lady behind the counter couldn't even be decent enough to say hello or talk when a customer tries to just be nice and ask how the night is going. Like I made her take a job in customer service and then have no customer service skills. Then all I can hear in the store is the manager on her phone in the office. Just a sad place anymore, will find a different place to go. If you like parking lot hangouts this is the place to go.

Moved close by about a year ago and have always had a good experience. The prices are reasonable for a convenience store and the prices are reasonable which keeps me stopping on my way home from work when needed. Jennifer is usually there when I go and she is a pleasure! She remembers me and we chat.

They are supposed to be open 24 hour but this lockhart location closes for some reason nothing but Crackheads working there what a shame so disappointed o well nothing matters even a feedback I'll never use a circle k again
