This was the usual service station where I bought Firewood's, since new members started working in this place they no longer want to sell me the Firewood's with the excuse that they don't have keys, PLEASE SOLVE THE INCONVENIENCE.

I live on landstar and I travel to this store DAILY on my evenings, I have two 7elevens by me and this by far is my main stop, great customer service and the store is always stocked up making it easier to shop on my evening trips, Angela and Jason both are great customer service people and I recommend this store ?

Horrible customer service. I go to circle k often and I have worked for circle k and use my rewards every time, the woman working had a very bad attitude and told me I can’t use my rewards because they don’t have rewards but all the gas pumps have a rewards sign on them. That’s ridiculous.

Just went in to grab my Altoids mints and there is a sign. 2 for 4.50. The would not honor the sale. That sign has been up there for weeks. He says that sale ended weeks ago. I guess I should take the sign down. Just a waist of my time coming in here. Especially when there is a new Racetrack across the street

The cashier was inconsiderate and rude. She took someone else before me despite the fact I had been waiting there. She was upset that I asked her to repeat her question since its hard to hear through the mask. When I asked if I could use my rewards, she said I should have said that first. How would I know when every other gas station prompts you on the screen? I still said thank you regardless to which the cashier had no response other than slapping my receipt on the counter.

I was filling up 100 gallon diesel tank at pomp # 1 after a long wait filled with 121 gallon I went inside to talk to the cashier and she answer was ??? (that's not my problem you have it in the tank I asked for the manager and it was not available at that moment )

Poor customer experience in this place, their Products as advertised dont match up with their registry, and after waiting on the line, the customer rep had me leave the line pick up a different product that matches the price if lucky and redo the line again, instead of solving the problem right then and there. NO gas station has ever done this, they rather forfeit a long time customer than to accept a fault. That is not fair. People don't have time for this type of lack.
