Kazi and Terry were so friendly and fabulous. They are always so kind to me and my finance when we come in at all various times of the day and night. They always have a smile and the warmest of welcomes. We love this gas station so much.

It's 12am and the doors are locked when it's suppose to be 24hours with 2 employees present. The younger cashier the black is always nice but the old Spanish lady always looks intoxicated.

About a month ago, I inquired of the franchisee why they were often out of fountain Diet Coke. He replied that he was only going to order one canister and if Iwould like to pay for another he'd be happy to order another. I was a little taken aback and said "well I would think that if you are often running out of an item that's a clear indication if you had more you would sell more". He reiterated that if Id like to pay for the additional canister, I was welcome to. I felt he spoke to me very disrespectfully and I reported it to the corporate office. I went back in the store yesterday and he apparently recognized me and said "Oh, Sherry you've been trespassed". I said "Do you want me to pay for this item (as I was standing in line to pay)" And he said "No, you can just take it and go". So apparently the way CircleK/Shell deals with legitimate complaints is to ban that person from the store. I urge customers to go to the CircleK/Shell on Conway and Lakr Underhill for good customer service.

By far the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced at a circle k. We have the sip and save that we pay for every month and were unaware that it didn’t cover all circle k’s (my bad). I refilled my own cup and went to put in my number but they tried to charge me and continued to look at me like I was stupid when I tried to explain what I was doing. The “manager” then told me “his store didn’t do that” and asked me to dispose of the drink. Seriously?! That just cost you the product AND a customer. GOOD LUCK, dude!

Beautiful new store, nice alternative to Wawa, BUT, the “manager Gaddy’ has been so rude and unprofessional on 3 separate occasions now. If I had invested $ in the remodel I would get him out of there.

Terrible customer service. The Spanish looking guy and the African American guy that wears glasses. I don't know if they compete to show customers who has the worse service. That new circle k has been there for a short time and they already have people who don't want to be there. And if you're too unlucky to find the both of the working there at the same time, I'm sorry but that's gonna be a really bad experience you may have. I also have to say it, unlike those two guys, there is a lady usually at mornings totally different with a great attitude that actually should teach her coworkers how to do a better job
