This store was bad before they changed owners, now it's a hell pit. Trash everywhere. Nothing is stocked. The inside of the store smells like a dead animal is in the wall. The curly haired girl is rude and entitled. The man with the mustache has no idea what he's doing. The bathroom isn't broken, they just lie about it. If you're willing to sacrifice your self respect for cheaper, I guess this is the place for you. Also, there is a homeless guy that is always there and he is rude and asks for money. I told him I didn't have any but he followed me and wouldn't leave me alone until I gave him the change in my door. Scary place to stop

Yes the young man inside was very nice. And the gas price was great. Definitely going to recommend this place to get your gas at customer service means a lot to me and when you can get a smile from somebody and a greeting from a store representative then you've got a good store. I've been in places where you're not even greeted you don't even get a smile and half the time you get somebody that's already come to work with an attitude. But not here. Thank you for your kindness young man

I had a very pleasant experience here. You don't always expect that with the smaller gas stations. The station clerk Usman was very helpful, and even gave me a free plastic fork when I asked.

That new lady that works in the afternoons. She needs to be fire. Every single time I go there as a loyal customer. She always have am attitude and always fighting whit the custumers. I work as custumer service also. And in my life. I will never say this. Just how She say it. Am tire of work here whit this ghetto people. Wowwwwwwww. In my life. Am going there again. Till she gets fire. Rather go down the street than seen her face whit attitude all the time

I am a delivery person and I went in to the ice cream shop which turned out to be the citgo station on lake Underhill and cimarron, and sadly to say at the time I was in there for 17 on Thursday there was the customer service person that was agitated because I was picking up ice cream and she had a major ordeal at me because of it, and then I personally purchased something and she complained and was very nasty about the fact that all people buy was snacks because I used a food card. And she screamed to the guy because he was laughing and she has no idea what he was laughing at and she yelled at him for this and if I can find the corporate number and the manager's number I do wish to report her because she was very rude, very inconsiderate, and just one horrible customer service person. I'm sure she was having a bad day but she's taking it out on all of the customers.

I visited the CITGO AT 5300 Curry Ford Rd. NEVER NEVERGO TO THIS STORE. THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY. I purchased an item for $27 from them, when I got home to charge it. I found out that it wasn't working.Despite my efforts to make it work still nothing. I go to the store to see if I could exchange for it another one but this rude lady behind the counter did not care. To the point that she's saying that they buy there products from and don't have a guarantee from the vendor that any of the items work.When you visit this store, you might get EXPIRED and DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.I did not even care about getting my money back just to exchange my product. Now I'm in the process of cancelling that charge. Which will now end up costing a lot more to the store, when they could've done an even exchange and not deal with any of this.STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE, I SHOULDVE PAID ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING.

Rude personal, a older man approached to us mad saying we can’t pump gas when lights are off ?♀️ I have pump gas all the time never had issues. if you don’t wan people pumping gas the pump machines get turn off like other stores do simple as that. But to get actitud like he did wasn’t necessary. Not recommend this place.

This Citgo gas station sits on the corner of Semoran Boulevard and Lake Underhill Road. It definitely has seen better days and probably could use a bit of a deep cleaning. I seen a few posts where they mentioned the gas being extremely overpriced. I did not find it to be so, so maybe that was in the past and either way, if the ownership did so, it is not too honorable. All in all, if you need gas, this place will meet that need. However, there are far better choices up and down this street.
