The manager there should be fired She disrespectful to people and she should be fired on the spot She have a attitude she got cussed out you can't run a store catch an attitude with people and disrespecting people like that .we all should called corporate on the manager of this store customer service trash the manager there is trash this is our neighborhood She need to get kicked out fired and never come back

I have to wait till these ppl finish offloading a truck in order to have a manager come from the back of the store to do it. Ask them how long it will take, the associate don't know. So my advice is best to call before coming to do an exchange. Bad customer service

At the store the manager was some where else then a women wanted to exchange her bag then the manager came then she was mad at the women then she was cussing and screaming at her then the women acted nice to not cause problems but the manager was not the same with the moto the manager was mean and rude even when the women was trying to be nice she still was rude they had said o lord my mom was done so we left at that THAN THE SUCURETY CAME after we left as a kid that's ghetto

This location need to practice more on customer service. The workers do not know how to let customers know that there is a line and where the line starts. As this can definitely avoid misunderstandings and maybe even a fight so I would suggest to the manager if there's one please work on your Cashiers concerning that.

Bathroom been closed for 2 months..none of the employees know when it gonna open..I was school shopping with three kids today..I spent $200 but had to run in and out other stores for my child to use the bathroom..I shop there at least twice a week..I want be shopping there anymore...(fix your bathroom) open the doors for your customers.. makes me wonder where the staff go to use the bathroom..I think your bathroom are just close to customers
