I love City thrift as I have come across MANY brand new brand name stuff super cheap! Yes there's a lot of things that shouldn't be as expensive as they are. BUT has anyone been to any goodwills in the last few years? They get USED and some new stuff DONATED to them and are charging ppl the same price as if you are shopping at the mall or a high end shop which is ridiculous! Every time I've been to city thrift everyone is usually super nice and doesn't mind helping you look for certain things!

I love this thrift store! The layout is fantastic! I love that they have 2 discount colors each week. The Halloween section is massive and they have more shoes than a lot of other thrift stores I’ve seen! The customer service is also great! Shout out to Derrick for being so kind and helpful! ❤️ I will definitely be back!

Came here from the recently uploaded YouTube video. Absolutely disgusting that employees are allowed to run wild and not follow Federal guidelines relating to allowing access to disabled persons with service animals.
This place needs to be penalized by the ADA and could use a turnover in staff. No apologies, no acceptance that they were in the wrong, just simply denying someone with medical equipment that happened to have 4 legs.
Unacceptable.

Watched a YouTube video where this location denied, argued and harassed a girl because of her service dog. The way it was handled was extremely unprofessional and if you know Spanish you can hear with others are saying in video. Even argued with police.
I will never shop or visit a location or chain that denies service animals and argue about them.
yeah I get people try say their animal is a service animal when its not but you can EASILY tell the difference in a real service animal vs non.
Will be telling multiple friends in this area to be cautious of this location and sharing video.

I’ve seen this now for multiple weeks but in the beginning of the week like today (Tuesday) they take off the floor all the color tags that are 50% off for the week… so what’s the point in shopping that color tag if your just gonna pull them off the floor and Re tag them or whatever they do with the items.

Saw a video online about a young woman being denied access here with a cardiac alert service dog despite a sign on the door stating service dogs are allowed. I wouldn’t shop here if I were you.
