Today I went to shop here and as I walked in and was told I had to check my fanny pack with my wallet and money in it or I was not allowed to shop but yet every woman that came it with bigger bags was allowed to shop the manage told me it was because she saw me and no one else. So I pointed out two ladies that were walking in with big bags and she just ignored them. Why make a rule if it only applies to men. Or maybe they just like to go thru people's bags while they shop. What a disgrace for a manager of a store.

Hadn’t been in yrs…must be new owners since, the store is PACKED full of stuff! Almost TOO MANY CLOTHES, it’s overwhelming. Prices are okay…I actually left without buying because I was uncomfortable being in such a cluttered atmosphere!

While the store is clean- ish and well organized, the pricing is put there. For example: today they had several white plastic small containers about 4x4 inches. They were trying to sell for $3.98.Those items would have been overpriced at .99 cents. LolAs an avid thrifter, I guess they will come to realize if you want to move junk, price it accordingly.I don't care about the fact they say they wait a month then put it on sale.....who cares? Donated thrift store items should be sold at thrift store prices. Their current method indicates that they are fully aware that their items are overpriced. Obviously, why would you need to wait a month to see if it sells or not?Fairly priced items sell. Period. No sale or shelf time needed. Move that JUNK!! That's where the $$ is made. Keeping your buyers coming back.If I wasn't in the immediate area, I probably wouldn't want to waste my time going to the store. Not truly worth a special trip.On the upside, everyone seemed very friendly that I encountered working in the store. That counts for something, I guess.Update: I visited the store again because I was close by and figured management may have changed since I was last there. It sure had but was almost worse.... is that even possible.

Nice thrift store with lots of clothes, had some really good stuff, and was very clean and organized. The employees were very kind as well. There is no fitting room which is unfortunate but they have a 14 day exchange policy with tags on. I was a little bothered to see a $30 price tag on top of a goodwill tag that was $7. Also $30 for the glass piece of a cake stand was outrageous to begin with but the sticker directly on top of a goodwill sticker did not sit well with me.

This place is pretty organized and I usually have decent finds at this place however... the regular prices are outrageous for used clothes so that's my only issue. I love coming on the 50% days. They seem to have them every holiday. I will say, that's a genius idea because it helps get rid of overstock. I personally wouldn't buy the clothes at regular price but maybe I'm just cheap. Overall it's a pretty neat store

Moved to the area about a year ago and to be transparent I am a reseller so I routinely shop at this store spending Hundreds of dollars weekly and have stayed a loyal customer even though the prices have tripled since I first started shopping here. But they just hired a very prideful security guard who trespassed me for taking a picture of a vest behind the counter. So I’ll gladly be taking my business to the hundreds of other thrift stores Orlando has to offer. Hire a new security guard. Instead of deterring theft which I’m sure is his job he’s targeting loyal customers and driving business away.

Decent thrift store, but the prices are Ridiculous. T shirts being sold for the same price as if they were brand new.. Items purposely spiked in price because of brand names, or the store "thinking" its worth something. Shirts that are stained and have holes are priced high as well. There should never be a 10 dollar shirt in a thift. Other stores like salvation army which have fixed prices are much better, and not trying to make huge profit on donations.

I was very pleasantly surprised walking into this thrift store. It's large, well lit, has wide isles, very organized, and clean. Bonus it has great discounts one day a week for seniors and one for military. Their regular prices are good also. It's a ways from my house but I think it will be worth the trip!

I was shocked at how large the selection was until I realized that there are no fitting rooms, how can people feel comfortable purchasing clothes without knowing how they fit??? It’s a shame because there is potential for this store to be great, but didn’t want to regret purchasing since I live far and couldn’t easily return items. Fittings rooms are a standard at all other thrifts I’ve been to.

Records, books, clothing & misc. items are rightly priced. All of the staff was helpful, and especially TYRONE. Will come back when I get a thrifting itch.

When they just opened the prices were reasonable, now the prices are ridiculous. I went there to exchange some clothing and was told they no longer accept exchange for purchases made on 50% sale day. This is crazy when they don't have a dressing room to try on clothing but don't want to exchange them. I guess I won't be going to another 50% sale since they don't allow exchange for purchases on sale day. They going to learn real quick just like the thrift store that was there before.
