I wish I could give zero stars, but after looking at this locations overall 2.5 rating, it's apparent that a lot of people feel this way. I have had nothing but bad experiences since purchasing my car from this location. From the dealership manager raising his voice at me for me asking for an itemized statement of specific charges , to being dishonest to me about not knowing that I purchased my car from their dealership and not giving me my free oil changes and me having to confront them about it( which came with the purchase of my car).I have taken my car in for routine oil changes, had my muffler pinched and my car was making strange noises. Now my car is in the shop because of a manufacturer paint defect (which is out of their hands) and I was told it would be one week. The paint defect is the size of a quarter .NOTE, the dealership does not offer a loaner or a rental car, which is the most insane thing I have ever heard of. I have no way to get around without a vehicle. I have been asking the sales agents for updates for 2 days via text and he has been unresponsive. I text him to today and then called to have another customer service rep say that he saw my messages but has just been too busy to answer( aren't we all) , Meanwhile I still have no car. I called customer service for help and they said could you go in person and talk to them, to which I replied, "I would if I had a car". I have been asking for a call since this morning and still have not received one. I am a mom with a daughter who needs a way to get around until this defect is repaired. Hope this gets resolved soon. I will never buy another vehicle or trade in my car here.UPDATE 10/25/2023- I have been contacted to pick up a loaner vehicle. I got to the office today and I was able to speak to management and they offered me a car to use while my car is being fixed. I am hoping that everything goes smoothly and I can have a better experience going forward. Thank you Matthew and Josh for your help!

I came in for an oil change and an inspection on my splash guard because it was scraping on the ground. I decided to not go with the oil change and just have them look at my splash guard and give me options on what I should do next. I waited over 3 hours, 3 HOURS, for them to just LOOK at it and nothing! It took me going up to someone and asking what was going on for an answer! After that I received my answer in minutes! Oh and did I mention I came in first thing in the morning? I was one of the first people they had to service. All they had to do was look under the car and that took 3 freaking hours. Highly do not recommend. You’re better off going somewhere else unless you want to wait hours for an answer.

Awesome experience, wonderful and great energy from this dealer. But what makes it all this awesome was the excellent customer service. I felt at home and able to talk and see what the whole transaction would be like without any hidden fees. They were upfront, direct, and had a very friendly demeanor. Thank you Dan the Man and Alex from financing. You both made the whole experience of buying a car fast, fun, and easy ?

I had a great car buying experience. Felt no pressure from Dan Nguyen. He was patient and explain the car thoroughly. He had a very charismatic personality so it made the car buying experience more smooth. My finance gentleman was Edison. Got me to the payments I wanted to be around. Explained my contract to me and every option that was offered. If you’re in the market for a Honda, go to classic Honda. Their car was the best price that I found in all of Florida. Trust me… I think I looked at almost 20 dealership. I love my accord hybrid sport!!

We recently leased an Accord Hybrid from Classic Honda after getting the typical runaround from multiple Honda dealerships in central Florida. The process from the very beginning was completely painless. They gave us the best price without any haggling which was from $4000-$8000 less than any of the other dealerships we contacted for the exact same car. We even received calls from several of the other dealerships trying to offer us lower prices than originally quoted for several days after we had driven our car off the lot at Classic Honda. Too late! Our salesman Jerado and the rest of the team at Classic were great and we highly recommend them!

The service I received from Classic Honda was exceptional. The team greets you upon your arrival and keeps you posted with text messages. I received an oil change and the rubber around my window was drooping and the technicians fixed it at no charge. Thank you Classic Honda for a great experience from start to finish.

I recently got my new 2023 CRV from Classic Honda and my experience was great! My Salesperson Brian was very helpful from beginning to end and still stays in contact with me after I got the car to see if I am happy with it. The Sales Manager Rafael was great as well. He sent me emails and quotes on the vehicles I was interested in. It helped making my choice easier and him and Brian were waiting for me the next day with my new car. Ab was helpful when it came time to sign the papers. We went over everything in detail and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I would recommend Classic Honda and these particular gentlemen to anyone who is looking to get a new vehicle. Their customer service and communication with me was great and made the whole experience easy and stress free. I was in and out of the dealership in about 2.5 hrs., (including the test drive time) which is a record for me compared to other places I have bought cars from. I am very happy with my new car and my experience! I will definitely be back to see Brian and the guys in the future if ever I choose to get a new Honda.

Leasing my car from here was a nice experience, receiving service for my HRV was not. I do not recommend this location for service. I am used to paying around $70-$80 for a tire rotation and synthetic oil change combo at other Honda locations. To my surprise this location wanted to charge me $85 for JUST an oil change (advertised 69.95). There are hidden extra costs besides tax they refused to remove because “that’s just our policy” as the Honda manager put it. I would expect this price adding on a tire rotation but for just an oil change and not specifying on their website is taking advantage of their customers. I will never be back and will lease my future Honda’s elsewhere moving forward.Update - tire pressure light went on right after I left so I checked all the tire pressure and all 4 tires were off, one was very high and one was very low. Honda was supposed to check the tires as part of their courtesy check. They clearly did not.

I had a great experience with Classic Honda and will definitely recommend them to family and friends. I didn't end up purchasing here because I found the car I wanted in stock at another dealership but prior to that they were very professional, not pushy, and gave me a fair deal. I will definitely consider them the next time my family needs another car.

I didn’t buy a car, but my next car will definitely be from Classic Honda. I mistakenly bought a nice car from an awful dealership (Greenway Kia East) and I had service issues which they refused to help with. I took my car to Classic Honda and I spoke with Brian and I was helped immediately. They even went as far as contacting my last dealership to get a release form to allow them to work on it through the warranty. Classic Honda went above and beyond, they took an extra step to help a customer who’s never even been to their dealership. Now THATS great customer service. My next Type R will be from classic Honda 100%. Thanks Brian !!

My experience at Honda Classic was exceptional! The staff is extremely courteous with your time and gets you in and out the door with no hassle. They give you the best prices by far and treat you like family. I drove two hours extra just to go to this dealership because of how great of a car-buying experience it is. Enrique was the salesman that helped me through the process and he was fantastic! He was not "salesy" at all and respected when I told him I was not interested in extra services/products. He also sold me the vehicle for the price I offered with no hassle when 5+ other dealership would not work with me in this way. He followed up with me multiple times to make sure my experience with the vehicle was positive and offered to help in any way he could.Statistically, across America, car salesman are known for being the least trusted profession, and in many cases (Like the other dealers I went to before) this sentiment makes complete sense. However, at Classic Honda you get a premium, transparent experience that saves you money and is stress-free. I would recommend Honda Classic to anyone whether you are buying your first car or tenth one. Definitely ask for Enrique when buying your next vehicle. He will take care of you like family.
