Took my Mazda in for service several years ago and had a terrible experience with an inept service advisor. Service advisor was rude, didn't return calls and was over charged. Since several years have passed I tried giving him another try. In this go around had a different service adviser but the experience was the same. Their service advisers are inept and rude and more expensive. I RATE CLASSIC MAZDA 0 STARS!!!

Bought car there in 2021. Battery went out and got it replaced under warranty. Karen was awesome and got me out pretty quick and she was pleasant. Thought I would be there longer. Appreciate the service

If you are not located in Florida, do not even attempt to purchase a car from this dealership. I was bait and switched over text message by this dealer. Oh and you are forced to use their financing as well if you are out of state which they stated was "for your safety and ours as well". Which I found hilarious because I ended up purchasing a different Mazda from a different state and they let me pay for my car with my own financing.

My car tire exploded on I4. This not being my main Mazda I was worried they wouldn't have my previous orders in their system. Glenn was incredibly helpful and even made phone calls on my behalf when I was running into problems. Glenn made this very stressful experience for me go very smoothly. I am happy to have been assisted by him. Classic Mazda is lucky to have an employee such as Glenn.

Took five days to get someone to tell me what was happening with my car. I approved work, and they still charged me an extra $150 "fees", which they claim are standard but do not disclose in the estimates. Absolutely NO communication despite repeated calls and voicemails. The only way I could get answers was to physically go into the facility. Could only get a loaner car after complaining to a supervisor. Someone left their empty energy drink can in my car when they gave it back to me, and while it had gas when I dropped it off, there were less than 20 miles of gas left when I picked it up. I bought my car at this dealership five years ago and have been going here exclusively since then. I will never be back.

ALERT!!! No doubt that Mazda cars are well made. But their body work / repair service is the worst around the area. I had a small accident on my cx 5 and turned to Mazda for repair. It has been taking 50 days and still haven't completed yet. Their technicians are not very knowledgeable about their cars. I picked up the car and found more more issues and had to send it back without knowing when it actually will be ready. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. GO WITH SOME OTHER BRANDS LIKE HONDA OR TOYOTA WHICH HAVE BETTER SERVICES.

I had previously leased a vehicle with Headquarter Mazda and when it was time to turn in my vehicle I was never given a return call when I had inquired on purchasing my new one. Needless to say they lost my business Brian Tam was extremely responsive and understanding of my situation it was a pleasure working with him and when it came time to pick up my vehicle this Saturday he had me in and out in my new car in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them when searching for your new vehicle especially if you are speaking with Brian. 10/10!

So glad we bought our car here! Everyone was very friendly, and it never felt like a high pressure sales situation (big shoutout to our salesman, Brian!). We were listened to, and all of our questions were answered happily and thoroughly. They didn't pile onto the sale with BS charges or force us to purchase $3500 in accessories we didn't want (looking at you, Regal Honda of Lakeland). We love our new car, we feel happy about the deal, and we've already recommended them to friends. Thanks guys!

Agreed to purchase terms with Classic Mazda for a 2022 Miata that will be delivered in a couple of months.I reached out to at least a half dozen Mazda dealers that had Miatas listed on cars.com or autotrader, all of which want to add-on ridiculous fees or provided a price that did not disclose dealer-added fees, protection packages, etc. One dealer advertised a vehicle at under MSRP, but actual pricing added a $5k market adjustment and $1,199 processing fee.Classic has been very straightforward and not attempted any pricing games. I anticipate to take delivery at the agreed terms and appreciate the honest approach.
