Came in “just to look around”. I emotionally prepared myself for chaos and confusion, but instead I was given honesty and efficiency, with zero pressure attached. I fear I won’t emotionally recover from how smooth this car buying experience was. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and putting my doubts at ease. I’ve had my Mazda3 Sedan for a few days now and I love it’s as if it were my first born. If you’re hesitant about committing to a new vehicle, I highly recommend to go to Classic Mazda in person and speak with the staff. I trust them so much, I will probably put them in my will🙏

Michael Shehata was amazing!
He took the time to review the vehicle with my daughter, explain the features of it as well as explaing the trade in scenario vs no-trade in options. He was with her thru all the steps and mad her confortable with calling back anytime with any question on the vehicle features or anyting that may come up. We will definetely use him/Classic Mazda again.

I had done a ton of research and decided to purchase a Mazda CX-50. I went to Classic Mazda yesterday and had the great pleasure of working with Michael Shehata. I HATE buying cars. It is my least favorite thing to do. Michael actually made the entire experience fun. Classic Mazda employees don't work on commission. Michael was transparent and honestly helped me discern what I needed from what I wanted and, most importantly, staying in my budget. I traded in a car and feel I got a very good deal on that as well. Brandon Corso in finance was equally wonderful. No pressure at all. I was in and out of there with my new car in 2 hours! Best of all, the car is gorgeous. The styling inside is amazing and the safety features are extensive and included.

Karen is an awesome service advisor and makes the other service advisors seem like clowns. She is very professional and very helpful. The mechanic Fernando must have a masters degree in mechanics. They are also still way less crowded than Sport Mazda. I would much rather drive the extra half hour to get my Mazda serviced here.

I had a fantastic test drive with HUNTER yesterday! He was a very knowledgeable, attentive, and had a great attitude! He shared with me that he is a fairly new employee but was able to confidently answer all of my questions, make some recommendations, and knew his product very well. At the end of the day, I ended up choosing a different make that suited my specific needs a little better, but I was so impressed with this young man that I wanted to give him his flowers. If you are in the market for a Mazda, Hunter is absolutely your guy, so go ask for him!
