According to Assistant Manager “Taylor” … the defective wireless charger in the CX is an Apple iPhone problem, NOT a Mazda problem. This is the first and last vehicle I will ever buy from Classic Mazda Orlando.

Great experience for a first time car buyer with Brian. Classic Mazda sent me everything I needed to know including the out the door price, expected trade in value, etc, before coming into the dealer. Came in to no surprises or extra fees and the process wasn’t stressful at all. They also showed me how to set up the car (remote start and etc) and how to use the features inside which I appreciated.

I highly recommend this dealership whether you are buying a car or getting your car serviced. I came in nervous and not sure if I was ready to trade in my car. However, my salesperson, Gael explained everything very thoroughly and answered any questions I had with transparency. He made me feel very comfortable and I appreciated that he did not rush the process in any way. He really made sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted. Gael is very personable and I don't think I would have left with a new car without him. He is an awesome salesperson and I am so happy with my new car! I wish buying a new car was a more frequent experience. I will always return to and recommend Classic Mazda. Thank you Gael!

First rate dealer experience. Friendly, fair, and professional.there were supply delivery issues completely out of dealer’s control and they dealt with them in a classy manner; always keeping me in the picture. I drove 2 hours to buy my Mazda MX-5 Miata and would definitely do so again.

I'm comparing Classic Mazda to Sports Mazda North, at Longwood:
The good thing here is that the service advisors were courteous, didn't sell me anything I didn't need, and the staff performed the maintenance on my car that I asked for.
Some ways in which it falls short:
The video of your vehicle they send you at the end of the service where they tell you about the work that was done on it normally is meant to get to you while you're still at the dealership. I got it four hours later?
The wait time estimate given to me was originally 45 mins to an hour. I waited little less than an hour and a half. Didn't actually mind the wait, but I did mind that they could have been a little more realistic about wait time.
Lastly, and this was the biggest sticking point for me: Longwood Mazda normally washes my vehicle and vacuums the interior, which is a really nice service that I looked forward to when I went there. Don't even have to ask them to do it, but Classic Mazda did neither. Bit of a letdown there.
