Bought a vape product that stopped working after 5 days. Should last longer as most work for weeks or months. It won’t charge. No exchanges allowed even if product is defective. Hours posted online are not hours they work. Went twice during posted hours and door is locked. Lights on and nobody responds to knocking. Terrible business practices.

Best smoke shop I’ve been too here, been to 4 now. They have a very good selection and amazing deals! I got like 10 things for the same price as 3 at another store and the quality is miles better too. The staff was super attentive and friendly! Will definitely be coming back

Bought a vape. Tried in store. Informed the cashier that it was not working right and was burnt but she refused to give me a replacement. Their prices are high too. Won’t be going back.
