Really want to shout out Claudia!! 11/10 customer service SO HELPFUL!! She helped me choose a bag, showed me straps and even all the ways I can wear the strap with the bag. She did a perfect job engraving my bag charm as well. Such a memorable experience!! Thank you Claudia!!!
