Went in to the store and immediately was followed around after I said I didn’t need any help, once I got to the register I noticed that the lady ringing me up pointed at me and nodded at me talking to the guy who was following me around, I could not shop in peace he was breathing down my neck.

Today I'm in Orlando on vacation and I had a huge mess with a purchase.But they are helping me fully since I did not buy it in this store, but I can say that it was still a mistake from another store THEIR REPRESENTATION as COACH NEW YORK!!! It was very good for me since today, Friday, I fly to Miami.The one who helped me was MARLENE!!!

I made an online purchase and they sent me a new and a used boot from this store and they didn't accept the return saying I used them. Remembering that I have two feet! Simply ridiculous

The one star is not specifically for this store but for the quality of the shoes I purchased in this location . I only wear them once a month for the last year and a half then was surprised that the inside was literally peeling .I’m really concerned about the overall quality of these coach shoes . When I submitted my feedback to the Coach customer service , they offered me to get them repaired at their work shop ! Not sure if these will ever be repaired ! That’s definitely not leather .

Separate men’s and women’s outlet lines stores. Great deals. Love to check the Coach regular retail line’s corners. Missy is the queen of the men’s store, friendly stuff that is rare in that outlet complex

Excellent quality products. 2 separate stores, one for men and one for women. Prices are definitely better than retail, and sometimes they offer a little something extra off if you spend a certain amount.

The coach outlet is a dream when shopping lower priced designer .The variety they offer and the bags they have are superior in quality .I have had coach bags for years and they look brand new .Besides the brand itself this specific store offers great selection and prices .The employees create a shopping experience that makes you feel special .To summarize ,this store is a must when visiting or going on a shopping spree.

So the store has security and a Sheriff on premises which is to be expected. Went in and was waiting for my wife to pick out a couple of shirts. The security comes over and starts harassing myself and son”s so I promptly left. I went to take picture so he can be identified and he is the one in gray trying to avoid being photographed. On the bright side security must be working as he made sure nothing left the store even if we wanted to pay for them.
