David S. was amazing to work with! Have been looking for a car for a month and David was able to get the best deal out of every dealership I visited. David was not only a great salesman, but is a great person. Highly recommended working with him if you want an honest salesman who has your best interests in mind!

Tried to see a car here 3 times and each time i showed up, (even after confirming on the phone) they didn't have the keys. Then they said they were waiting for a battery to come in. So which is it?! Only one with their head screwed on right is Jeffrey from internet sales. Communication makes or breaks a company and they suck! Ended up buying a car out of state because I'd rather drive 1000 miles than deal with bad customer service.

Usualy nice people but be careful what u leave in ur car I had walby parker glasses stolen from my GloveCompartment here when I left my car a few days for repair. I didn’t bother to make a big deal about it because what’s the point.

Service Advisor, Oscar, gave me detailed information about the 2013 Honda Fit. He was professional and courteous on the phone and offered solutions and suggestions to the problem. I recommend this service advisor.

My first time at this Honda dealer, for routine maintenance. The service was performed in a reasonable timeframe and the lounge was comfortable. Afterward, I had a concern about a strange new noise so I returned the car for a diagnosis. I was greeted by a handsome, moustached man who resolved my problem in two seconds and he explained the issue. Great service in my book!

I've been to this location several times, and while the work they've done has been to my satisfaction, the wait times are truly absurd. Waiting 1.5-2.5 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation baffles me, especially when I scheduled an appointment in advance all times. Today I waited over 2.5 hours. I am from a car dealing family, and I have never heard of such simple services taking so long. I am truly considering taking my servicing business to a third party company such as AutoZone because at least there I will be in and out. Disappointed with the wait time, why even make an appointment?

Don't bother to make an appointment. It is pure fiction. They take the cars as they arrive and when they feel like it. And be prepared to wait. And wait. And wait. For a simple service I was told one hour; it was three and a half. You will wait in their dingy outdated waiting lounge with "amenities" that are practically nil. If you want an update, you have to follow them around and try to talk to them as they all walk away purposely ignoring you. And they allow third parties masquerading as employees to attack waiting cars to sell them windshield replacements.

Long story but sure, when I called where I usually go which is Honda Headquarter they checks to make sure I had asset protection plan which I purchased when I bought my car along with Gap insurance and 2 other plans mechanical and one more. Basically I'm fully warranty insured. My car had 2 screws on 2 tires and I asked Honda in Clermont if I could go anywhere since I'm concerned about driving my car on the interstate because I could hear my tire hitting the screw on the pavement and didn't feel safe. I also asked if it requires a appt and they said no it's an emergency and you have warranty and you could go to any Honda for that. I then decided to go to Your Honda which was a huge mistake in my part. First off dirty waiting room, very different than headquarters Honda in Clermont and horrible service why would anyone go here. At least if your facility looks disgusting bathrooms as well then make sure you have an inviting customer service. Well apparently your employees hate their job so much that they aren't there to help anyone unless you have an appt. So I drove up to the service area and they asked me what service I needed and if I had an appt. I said no appt and it's screws on tires. I waited for 40 minutes before someone came to my door to tell me that you all were really busy and since I didn't have an appt they couldn't help me. I said that is your problem but I'm not leaving until I get my tires fixed since someone could of told me that 40 min ago and I could of made it to Clermont if that was the case. Then they brought another person to tell me the same thing and I responded the same way I don't care what they got going on I'm not leaving with 2 screws after they made me wait for 40 min then he asked who told me to wait and that they do everything by appt. I pointed out who told me to wait and then I told them I was told I didn't need an appt for emergency tire patching of nail in tires. Then they brought over a manager who also looked like he thought he could convince me that I didn't have warranty when I knew I did and tired to explain this to him and then he said that I didn't have it like 3 times to intimidate me to leave. Here's the thing yes I'm a female and Latina at that. But I'm educated with my masters degree and my husband didn't buy my car I bought the car so I know what I purchased and paid for. He tried explain due to 911 they aren't allowed to see what other Hondas do and couldn't even see where I purchased my vehicle. I told him wow ok what does that have to do with anything I'm here for but to make sure to look at my plan because I am not leaving because I know they don't want to help me and want to push me to think I don't have warranty for my tires and leave. But I chose to look up the number and call asset protection in which at that time they confirmed I had the car fully covered and all they need to do is file a claim with a service contract and mileage and they would send the money. When I told your manager this he seemed upset bet I could confirm and I asked since he was having such a difficult good time with them they answered for me immediately and I have them on the phone. Then he said well I have them too on the phone. I said o I thought you said they weren't answering you. He then said after waiting an hour in a half just for them to try to push me out and not get serviced they still ended up doing the work. And they gave me 2 new tires. Like I said I will never ever go here again, and they need to not think that every woman that goes here doesn't know anything about vehicles or what they purchased. Or try to talk down on me and tell me next time ensure that I have all the documents in the car cause they can't see anything from the other Honda. This was horrible service and the people were extremely unprofessional and truly just awful and unethical by declining service especially when I made sure I pay every month for these care packages to get the prope

I had my CRV serviced there today. The service was good. However, there was a boom box blasting in the show room the entire time. After almost three hours, it got VERY annoying. I can't understand why this was there? With the sales people being very noisy, and with the Zumba songs non-stop, I felt like I was somewhere other than a car dealer getting my car serviced. Thinking of going elsewhere. Even though I bought the car there. The service advisor was good. But, 2 1/2 hours for an oil was a bit too long.

came in for A service detailed clean and an inspection if i knew i would receive a bunch of mosquito bites and a fucking headache I wouldn't have gone they told me the service would take two hours and I was sitting in the waiting area for 4 1/2 hours I am extremely upset because I voiced my concerns letting them know that I had to work after I got up at 7 o'clock in the morning to be there at 8:30. I push back my other responsibilities just to be running late for work because they decided to keep me waiting, when I get into my car, it looks like something I could do by myself not sure why they call it a mini detail If they don't vacuum the seats, my car look the exact same. wasted four hours of my life I will not be able to get back. whatever you do, do not get serviced here you're better off finding a mechanic around your area now I have to clean my car after I spent four hours waiting for them to clean it for me. And it feels as if they took advantage of me.

Bought a Honda CR-V here in 2018. Overall, great car and good experience with purchase. However, I paid off my car early, like I told them I would, and now I cannot get anyone to answer my call about refunding my gap insurance. I called my lender hoping they could do it but they said the information has to come from the dealership. I know they are not responding because it is about a refund and not a new purchase but this is shady business practice. I would not return to buy another car from here given the experience I am having now.
