Bottom line up front: Honda did some ancient Samurai magic with this truck and the folks at Coggin Orlando got me a great deal! Customer service is excellent and these Coggin folks work as a team!Fully loaded Ridgeline with all the bells and whistles, I feel very lucky! I reached 5000 miles (now totaled 35k+ miles) since I have owned this little truck and it runs like its new... it even still smells like a new car. Truck is great quality. Its going to last.In late December, I purchased this Certified Pre-Owned Honda Ridgeline Black Edition (2021). Sean and Dave were awesome salesmen who gave various discounts on the vehicle, along with making sure I was able to return my rental car that I drove up to the lot. After I bought the Ridgeline, I had to leave to another state on short notice. The Coggin accounting office made sure I got my registration on time from the Florida DMV (usually it takes a month). They hand-mailed and paid 12 dollar expedited shipping! Just asked me for my address! In the last month, I have driven it on the beaches of Jacksonville, through snow storm/winds/mud of St. Louis and the crested hills of Tennessee during freezing rain. I never needed to reduce my speed when driving in these tough conditions because of the top-notch all wheel drive and modes (Normal, Snow, Mud, Sand). I've driven Tesla, Mercedes, Volvo and Audi... and their more expeksive all wheel drive is suprisingly less planted than this little truck. I know because I cruised by them and many of them were sliding down frozen hilly roads. In tough conditions, it runs circles around larger trucks because of its lower weight class. I have also driven the Tacoma but despite it being smaller than the Ridgeline, the Tacoma drives and feels like a much heavier vehicle. Tacoma is not a pleasant on-road experience (though they are dead-nuts reliable).I can't yet speak for the Ridgeline's offroading as I am saving up for a Traxda lift kit, an extra set of rims with larger tires. I will be taking her to various places out West and testing the limits. I also do not plan to tow with the truck... if it comes up though its got plenty of oomph for most things I might tow.I didn't buy this little Honda truck as status symbol, but its more capable for severe conditions than anything i drove past on the freeway during my recent 1800 mile cross-country trip.Six out of five stars.

Came in for a tire change and they had me wait for 45-50 minutes. Bad communication from Advisor Jonathan Arocho Hernandez after telling me he would check the system and get back to me but did not and had me waste my time. I would not recommend him. If you want to waste your time have at it

I had a lot of anxiety about going to a dealership. I had always bought my cars used from others, but decided it was time to get a new car this time. The team at Coggin Honda Orlando was incredible and really put my mind at ease. Jhonathan was my salesman, he was so helpful in going over everything and even helped talk me through when my car insurance company was being difficult. Emmanuel helped me through financing and did a great job explaining the all the nuances that financing deals with. Juan (I really hope I got his name right) was the manager on duty and he was super friendly as well. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of, due to my ignorance in this type of space. The tools on Coggin Hondas website were extremely helpful too. I highly recommend checking it out, they have detailed calculators so you know exactly what to expect when buying. Especially helpful for people with bad credit. Thanks Coggin Honda, I love my new 2024 Honda Civic Sport :)

I always have had great service on my older Honda at this location. And when my car died. They were amazing about helping me get into a newish used vehicle. They took a near loss on reconditioning it for me. The dealer and the financier were very understanding of my conditions and were super personable. Josh Z was my dealer and I highly highly recommend him if you see him on the lot. He’s not the usual car dealer, he’s extremely honest and thorough and follow up with me at every step of the process. I knew Coggin was great from personal recommendations, but now I’ve my own personal recommendation. This is the place for a Honda.

Drove from South Carolina to Coggin Orlando. Car showed well and a nice smooth transaction. Took alittle longer than we liked because we need to get back to Charleston. But overall would buy from them again. Sean and his team did a great job.

Service Advisor, Oscar, gave me detailed information about the 2013 Honda Fit. He was professional and courteous on the phone and offered solutions and suggestions to the problem. I recommend this service advisor.

I took the car to check for some alarms that were showing on the dashboard. Also asked for break pads and rotors to be checked and an oil change. When I received the quote it was also recommended that I change brake fluid since the reservoir allegedly had the cap missing and it was possibly contaminated. I agree to do the service after receiving the recommendation. Also a few minutes later was told the water pump was leaking and had to be replaced. I also agreed to do that. I am not a mechanic and need my car back working properly. I was called the next morning to pick up the car. After I paid and received my car back I proceeded to assess the service was done and all that was invoiced was completed. I could see that the turbocharger (allegedly the failing par for the alarms showing on my dashboard) was changed (seemed new) and the alarms were no longer showing. I could also see brake pads were changed and rotors seemed to have been resurfaced. I didn't check the oil for the oil change but assumed it was done. On the water pump it is located in a place I could not see so I took the shop's word that it was needed and done. However, when I looked at the reservoir for the brake fluid I noticed that a visibly old cap was installed (dusty). I question the services salesman and he told me that he had to contact the mechanic that did the job. He called the mechanic and the first thing he ask was "did you already leave?", to what he said the mechanics said he had and quickly ended the call. I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor. The shop's foreman showed up about 15mins later and I voiced to him my concerns with the service even being done since I see an old cap there (which is threaded and I don't see how it would've come out) and had changed the battery myself two days prior and didn't remember seeing the cap missing. He proceeded to step away and call the mechanic again. He came back a couple of minutes later and told me that the mechanic said that the cap was missing but he didn't have a new one (which I was never told of when I paid for the service). So he allegedly did the service and placed an old cap until they could get the new one. I told the foreman that he could tell me whatever he wanted and the paper would take whatever you guys want to write on it. However the fact that there was still an old cap there, which could very well be mine, and not being told about this when the service was done or even when I paid for it put the whole service in question. I demanded to be refunded for that service and they agreed immediately. I am very disappointed with the service and how it was all handled. I have purchased three cars in Coggin Honda over the years and I'm about to purchase another one for my wife next year. It will for sure be a Honda, but MOST definitely NOT from Coggin.

I had a great experience at Coggin Honda. Devon helped me from the beginning until the end without dealing with anyone else, like at other dealers. The communication and understanding from Devon was amazing. We are really happy with our 2 new cars!Jamie, in finance, was also great and answered all my questions. Very transparent service overall. Thank you Coggin Honda!

Brought home a 2024 Honda Civic hatchback and I couldn't be more thankful and confident in this purchase! My salesman Jerome was fun to talk to, made sure I understood everything, and gave me fast service. Thank you Jerome and Coggin Honda for this amazing adventure I will be starting in

I wanted to share the extremely, disappointing and enraging experience I had at the Coggin Honda of Orlando Dealership both yesterday and today. First and foremost, your website states that you take a different approach and that you strive to be the most guest centric dealership, treating each guest with the same level of attention and professionalism so they can leave your dealership truly satisfied. That was not my experience at Coggin Honda. I setup an appointment, arrived a few minutes early and checked in with the young lady at the front desk. She informed me that she would let the manager, Sean O'Neill, know that I had arrived as my appointment was with him. I saw the young lady let him know and he told her: "give me a second". He did not address me at all and proceeded to forget that I was waiting for him for an hour. I was ready to walk out when then young lady noticed that I was still waiting and once again called for Sean. He then apologized and handed me off to a sales representative. It’s already not a great experience at this point considering that I did not have to wait an hour for Sean when anyone could have assisted me. Everything was going okay, we got to a payment that I was comfortable with and then the manager apparently hit a snag with the bank and told my sales representative that I would need to return in the morning. He said they were having an issue with the bank that they needed to resolve in the morning and that they would contact me. Not ideal but I obliged. The sales representative called me in the morning to let me know that everything was good and that I simply needed to come in to sign the papers. I asked him clearly during the call if anything had changed and he told me that nothing had changed. I told him that I would be in around 01:00 PM to sign the paperwork. When I arrived at the dealership, the sales representative told me that he needs to speak to his manager and that he would be right back, once again making me wait when he had said that everything was good to go on the phone. The sales representative then returns and tells me that they reviewed the wrong payoff quote for my vehicle and as a result the numbers had changed. Not only had they changed but they were double what we had discussed the day prior. I then proceeded to ask the sales representative why this wasn't explained to me on the phone as I would have advised them that I was no longer interested as the price had significantly increased. This was precisely the reason I asked if anything had changed in the first place. The sales representative told me they prefer to bring the customer in to provide an explanation. While I understand this being the preferred method of the dealership, it is also incredibly disrespectful to the customer and their time to not answer the query on the phone with honestly and transparency. Time is the one thing that you cannot get more of and they absolutely wasted my time as well as my petrol, obliging me to drive to the dealership. They knew that the numbers they were going to present me with were simply not what we had agreed upon and that I was not going to entertain the new payment quote. When I as a manager make a mistake, I have to fix it. If that means eating the cost of my mistake then it means eating the cost of my mistake. The sales representative told me that he understood but there was nothing they could do. The truth is there is always something that can be done, especially when the mistake is at the cost of the customer. If you truly strive to be the most customer centric dealership it surely does not show. I am not only disappointed, as up until last year I had been a loyal Honda customer, but I am also enraged at the lack of respect and regard for my time. I can truly say that I am not sure I would ever return to your dealership and I would never recommend your dealership to anyone that I know. If you really strive to be customer centric then do better, be better.

Are you in the market for a new Honda? John Dellisola is the guy to see! I met him while browsing the lot and told him I was interested in the new Pilot. He found me the perfect one! After a test drive, we put a deal in writing and I drove away in a 2024. Quick, easy and now a happy Honda owner.

My Wife and I dealt with David in sales who was outstanding. David clearly knows what he is talking about and helped us get where we needed to be as far as payments. His advice and professionalism was stellar and we felt extremely comfortable dealing with him. We then dealt with Jordan in Finance who was equally excellent, extremely knowledgeable and professional. We felt like we were being handled very well from beginning to end and they were both 100% transparent throughout the process. To conclude our experience, we met with a Manager Antoine who was an absolute pleasure and literally blessed us as we left. We had an outstanding experience at this dealership and will always come back to this one even though it is much further from where we live.

Amazing!!! We have a great car in our garage.Well …., I love the 2023 Honda Accord EX Hybrid my dad got. So…., two weeks later I made the move and got a new toy for me too. Little smaller, but just as nice 2023 Honda Civic EX. The only thing needed some improvement on my new ride was the sound system, problem fixed. Now we have two amazing cars in our garage. To get the deal done ($), t took about 5 trips and almost 2 weeks of regular visits to the dealership. It is worth it.Thank you Jose Zayas (sales) for really working hard for me and getting the great deals finally pushed through for me. I know the managers must of had headache. Thank you again.

On August 12, I went into my first official Honda dealership not knowing what to expect. The first person I met was John Dell'Isola, and this gentleman created such a phenomenal experience for me. Mr. Dell'Isolla was fully invested in helping me find the right car best for me. He gave me options, allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles to get a feel for what I might want, was super kind and caring, and absolutely friendly. I told him my budget and together found the perfect fit for me, a 2018 Honda Fit! Not only that, he was very patient with me as I searched for car insurance and helped me find a great deal with Geico. He helped me to feel comfortable and cared for. I really enjoyed my experience dealing with Dell'Isola. By the end, I felt appreciated, respected and valued, so I wanted to make sure I give as much back to him. Thank you so much John Dell'Isola for providing me with a friendly and beneficial experience. I appreciate you.
