I was referred to College Park Accounting by an industry colleague and I've used them for tax services the last two years with no issues. The team is communicative and everything was easily handled online. Taxes and return were completed quickly... only thing I would suggest is getting a website so customers know your company is legit.

I am very disappointed in this small business. I called looking for a bookkeeping firm last Thursday. I told them I live in Baldwin Park and walk past their office daily. Decided to switch bookkeeper and requested a conversation to go over their services. I was told $150.00 upfront. Really? We are doing $600,000 a month and expect to grow and I wanted a supplement to my company. No matter. I selected a bookkeeping firm and now they get $1,800.00 monthly

We have been using the services of College Park Accounting ("CPA") for more than 25 years. We were first referred to them by a friend; she and her husband used CPA for their personal and small business tax preparation needs. We have since referred other people to CPA as well. In addition to preparing our IRS tax returns each year, we are able to turn to CPA for questions regarding preparing for the coming year and what financial decisions need to be made in tax planning. I have found them to be professional and responsive.

Moving to the area from out of state and looking at accountants to handle my bookkeeping, accounting, corporate and personal taxes. This company has a nice looking office in a great part of town. They do not have a website. It's 2018 and there is zero info available online. I called and spoke with a very nice woman on the phone who told me it would be $150 for a consultation. So, the only way to find out about the company in order to see if they might be a fit is to pay $150? Umm... It seems like the people working at this office are really nice, so hopefully all of their older clients will keep them in business. But, quick bit of feedback from a new prospective client: you've gotta give potential clients some way to learn about you. (Meanwhile, I've had phone chats with two other Orlando-based firms who have already sent over proposals. So, I've confirmed the entire city isn't still pretending it's 1993.)
