I loved the nurse and xray tech and also dr henry what a great personality. On my return visit the waiting room was filled i had to stand with churches with a broken foot the receptionist never offered a wheelchair or a chair unacceptable.

The staff is not attentive at all. The girls at the front desk are constantly gossiping rather than working. During my eye exam I had to stop answering questions so the two nurses could have a conversation. The professionalism is non existent.

Being a patient, for the first time at Concentra Urgent Care, was a grateful experience. The staffs have a particular way to welcome their patients. And l will always recommend that clinic to anyone who are in need.Continue with the good customer service.James!

Excellent service. Receptionist was friendly and very helpful. She can work under pressure and does it so gracefully. Phlebotomist and the rest of the staff I interacted with were great.

There was barely a wait time. Awesome customer service. Everybody in the back is very friendly and very helpful. The doctor made me feel like I was her favorite patient and I would travel an hour again to trust them with my life.

The dr wasn’t transparent at all she’s a short black kinda fat lady she’s very rude good luck dealing with her oh yeah she’s sending you for a sleep study do yourself a favor and just avoid this office if possible

Waited 4+ hours for a physical & drug test. Staff is unbelievably rude and condescending for no reason. If I could give 0 stars I would - horrible, unprofessional, & no urgency.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL the older lady at the front desk had her mouth full the whole time answering phones with food in her mouth.I wasn't even there for myself but I can see them making comments about patients especially those who really didn't understand English like we walked in at 9am and yeah I was missing a paper but I ain't get seen until almost 1:30pm and it's 2:30pm and I'm still in this place like this place is super ridiculous they need better receptionist for sure because I could of sworn HIPPA was a thing but not here literally heard everyone business so sad...do better this is people personal information you dealing with.
