I went to the Florida Mall branch. A male employee called Eldin approached me. He ordered me to look at the clearance items. I hadn't asked for that section. I pay cash for all my purchases. Just spent $1,600 for a mattress yesterday. Clearly this company has a bad salesman.

Even though we were just browsing and comparing prices, Elvin and Darius were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They even told us they were going to give us our space to make a decision on a sofa set. Just overall great men! Some of the best associates we've come across.

Before buying at this store, read the reviews. I had the worse experience with them. I had an issue with a Sony tv I bought at the store at the Florida Mal. When I called the store, and explained my problem manager Kevin offered me a solution and told me he was going to give me a wall mount set and to go pick it up. He told me the day and the time he was going to be at the store at Florida Mall. I drove all the way to the store and he was not at the store and when another employee called him he said he made a mistake. Why couldn’t he say that on the phone to avoid me driving there and waste my time, Be extra careful if you want to buy anything from this store. I will never recommend it to nobody.

Run, don't walk away from CONNS HOME PLUS. Never have I witnessed a display of incompetence as egregious as that of the warehouse and store team members located at their Florida Mall location. The audacity to waste a customer's time, not once, not twice, but FOUR times is staggering. Each instance I organized my day away from work, only to be stood up without the courtesy of a call. My full-time job is not waiting for Conns Home Furniture to show up.The crowning jewel of this debacle? A lady from the warehouse and an Assistant Manager at the store. Interacting with the warehouse person is like talking to a brick wall — an exceedingly impolite one. Her apathy was palpable. Her inability to convey a coherent response as to why she continually rescheduled orders was not just unprofessional, but offensive. If the basics of courtesy elude her, she should at least muster up the decency to communicate, especially when you’re inconveniencing a paying customer – for the 4th time.Meanwhile, at the Orlando store, conveniently located at 1631 Florida Mall Ave, Orlando, FL 32809, The Assistant Manager's nonchalance is startling and ever more infuriating. He is an employee drowning in indifference. You would think that when a concerned customer reaches out, the least he could do is answer; even that seems to be a monumental task. Sidenote: I have withheld their names in the public forum because my intention is not to embarrass individuals but to speak to the pervasive culture that is evident at CONNS. This is a reflection of the Leadership at all levels of the CONNS organization.Dial their customer service, or ring up the warehouse, or even the store — the result remains infuriatingly consistent. A cyclical blame game with no one willing to take accountability. Their "solutions" are laughable; a $100 discount or offering furniture that has been the seat for countless unknown individuals. Their assumption that I'm swayed by a negligible discount or used furniture is both demeaning, presumptuous, and disrespectful. All I wanted was what I spent 3.5 hours at the store picking out delivered when you said it would be. If something happens along the way – call me – pretty basic.Money is replaceable; my time, however, is irreplaceable.While I am not one to publicly air grievances, my experience with CONNS HOME PLUS has me now shouting from the digital rooftops to warn other hard working, busy people to avoid the black hole of inefficiency and apathy that is CONNS Home Plus. There is nothing “Plus” about them. To say they are a mess is an understatement. Buyers, take heed and save yourself the migraine – there are countless other places that would value and respect your business.

All good until you have to repair a piece of equipment you bought. The technicians only change parts until they find the damaged one and that can take weeks. They just tell you that you have to keep waiting.

Delivery was fine but cannot get the install scheduled. Prepaid for all and after spending hours on the phone no one can get it scheduled. Very disappointed and will never purchase from here again.

Very very unhappy with Conns. Don’t purchase from them! Just save your energy and go to Best Buy. I got a tv the week of December 16-17 but decided to return it same day and go with something else (outside of Conns). But bc we paid cash it’s been an absolute hassle to get a refund. We returned it same day to the same location and made sure it was packed as nicely as possible. They wouldn’t give us the money back even tho it was a matter of only a few hours- maybe it’s policy so we were understanding- but they had to send a check in the mail. Problem is it’s a large check and they didn’t even try to send it out til at least 10 days later when they told us it was expedited after two days- they lied to us. Tomorrow will be a month since the return and I still haven’t seen the check yet!!! They are giving us the run around. This place is run by shear incompetence. They offered a discount on future purchases but I won’t ever ever come back. I’d give -5 stars if I could.Update: 1/23/23 after they responded on here and provided an email to contact I reached out the same day and STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REPLY. Awful service and they STILL HAVE MY MONEY

Absolutely horrible experience I bought a TV with cash didn't work for me, so I returned it the same day expecting to get my money back, they didn't have the money so they said they would send me a check. I asked to expedite it they agreed and said typically it takes 7-10 business days its been a month! DONT BUY HERE! I still don't have anything I call everyday to no avail. Never again!

Unprofessional, Scam artists and worse, thieves. I went to this location to purchase a few products and I should have known better when I saw their parking lot empty before Christmas and four employees sitting at chairs waiting on customers. I received a washer and dryer, floor model, from them and the washer was defective. First the delivery was done without the proper equipment for the washer installation and or delivered. It was missing the drainage hose. I was forced to head back to the location to get the hose and insert it myself on the unit. Once the washer was used for the first time at my house, it leaked not from the hose but internally from the machine. The water leak damaged my floor tiles and made a complete mess in and around the laundry room. I have been in constant conversations with the location the past five days as well as their multiple numbers of customer service since this happened. The location states to me (The one-year manager) to call customer service to get help and or place a call to one of their technicians to come out and repair. Customer service states it is a location issue that only they can take care off at the site and or help me with. The one-year manager at the location blames and clearly stated that the delivery aspect of their company is to blame and that he does not like them as this is an ongoing issue and that his employees don't get paid when issues like this arise and has nothing to do with him and he can do nothing for me unless "I" do his job for him. The delivery company states that I signed a document stating everything was fine, when in fact they did not do their job in both delivering the items as well as testing the equipment properly before they left my residence, which was verified that should have been done, by the one-year manager. The location (The one-year Manager) refuses to take back the equipment, which was supposably new (Floor Model) and states that he can do nothing and that I signed a contract that stated that a floor model could not be returned or exchanged. I agree that the contract was signed by me and what it states. No question about this. Yet after the issues I have had with this entire experience, exceptions should be made when 100% fault could be clearly seen and or proven in a court of law against a company and its associates. This company prides itself on a 100% customer satisfaction claim, yet they decide to steal hard working individuals' money, by providing defective items and selling them to the customers and taking no responsibility in their business practices and or faults. The name Conn's has a definition in the English language that suites this company and the location in Orlando very well. Buyer be very aware.

Great store with a wide selection and very helpful employees. The sales associate and manager who assisted with my purchase were both very helpful, and when I was ready to leave, three employees helped load my new dryer and (very heavy) washing machine into my truck.

The worst experience in my life. My wife and I have been waiting for 2 weeks so that they can set up the bed. Super unprofessional from the warehouse. The first driver had a very bad attitude. He spoke rudely to my wife and said that he did not care, how bad fill out the review because he doesn't work for conns then they send another one after a week of calling every day the second driver brought the bed and didn't assemble it because there were missing pieces he said he would come by the next day just to assemble the bed and never came apart from that we have been calling costumer service every day and they say something different they have no communication I got a broken table this place has given me the worst costumer experience in my life I will never buy here again nor will I refer this place to the employees of the warehouse They clearly do not mind treating customers well. Read this review carefully before going to buy at this place. My wife and I took out the old bed thinking that they would come to put in the new one and we had been here for 2 weeks. anas sleeping on the furniture I hope this reads a high position because otherwise they will continue to lose customers thanks to the store
