Horrible. The amount charged as a deposit was not reported to me. They don't respond to Whatsapp. They didn't give me my money back.

Really happy about the experience. We went here this Christmas because we as young drivers were impossible to find a 7-seater from "big" companies during the holiday season. A guy from budget rental recommended us cono and we decided to go on with it as there wasn't really any 7-seater available from other companies. Their pickup and return service was neat and all employees were very reachable. They rented us the only 7-seater left, and it was new and clean. We were really pleased about the experience.They did mistakenly charge us for not filling the fuel to the level when we received the car. We refilled to 3/4 a tank because we received it as so. They quickly solved issue, refunded us, and apologized. We don't have any complaint about this small mistake.
