I love this place but today the lady was on her phone told me my receipt was on my phone and didn't give me a bag to take my items she just said it's good I use to love the experience getting in and being treated like a customer but I don't feel the same energy and freedom of spending my money here I will be going somewhere else

I recently stopped by this local CosmoProf and was absolutely thrilled with the experience! As an esthetician who occasionally updates my daughter's highlights, I was so excited to find so many fun shades of semi permanent color and the Ouidad products we love. The staff was outstanding—knowledgeable and super helpful. Definitely a top spot for anyone in the beauty industry looking for great products and expert advice!

They didn't want to sell me because you have to be a student or have a license ??♀️ I think they didn't want to sell me something just a primer for nails, I don't recommend it at all I think they should put a sign that says only students or licensed professionals
