I am surprised by the negative reviews. I have banked here ever since moving to Florida and have enjoyed excellent service. People are always pleasant, and teller Joy is indeed a joy to work with, always service with a smile.

Don't take your dog through the drive-through, they don't have biscuits. They do in Kissimmee and Saint cloud! I have a very disappointed pop now!

Horrendous service compared to some the other branches in Orlando. Numerous patrons awaiting to speak to a banker, numerous bankers at their desk not servicing patrons
