“I had to edit my first response but I was wrong. After someone finally spoke to me. I received a great breakdown as to why this payment in particular had a huge chunk towards interest. The representative i spoke with was patient when I was pissed and helped understand how the interest and paying towards the principle worked. I am not ashamed to admit I was wrong and should not have jumped the gun on my previous review. I was pissed and wrote it on being on hold for 50 min. Vystar is ok with me”

“I've been a customer at Fairwinds' Downtown Orlando location for about 7 years now. From the beginning, there's been a familiar face that has helped me navigate the bank's processes and always has a genuine interest in my success at the branch. Most recently, it was taking some time (too long in my opinion) to process a vehicle loan for my business. I've utilized Fairwinds for (2) vehicle loans in the past as they are a great partner for this, but for whatever reason, this time it was not a smooth process. When I finally walked into the branch to get the help I needed, Lan, the Member Services Rep saw the frustration on my face and stepped in push the process along.
Lan Nguyen is the quintessence of a SERVICE Representative. She asks questions, listens, and genuinely seems to care about me getting what I need from my banking partner. A process that seemed to be stalling because of administrative processes and miscommunication, was pushed forward because of her consideration and care.... And when I left, Lan was literally sitting shoulder to shoulder at her desk with another customer (an elderly lady) and helping them with their needs.
I do appreciate Fairwinds for being my commercial banking partner but have to give a special shout out to Lan for being an amazing help! Thank you Lan!”
