I needed a new phone from cricket so I went to the closet store. I am glad I chose this one, had 2 ladies take very good care of me. Walked out with a new phone but came back in a day for them to help me transfer info from my old phone to my new. Always greeted with a smile and excellent help

I purchased a cell phone case today , it looks used. And the plastic looked ripped. Went back at 7:40pm and they told us they were closed. Husband went back.

I am absolutely amazed with the customer we received from Eli at this store. She was very professional and knowledgeable. We end up buying two phones she help us through the whole process. Great place and excellent customer service. I recommend coming to this store and having this young girl help you’ll leave with a smile. She is great asset for the store. Gracias Eli.

Enter to buy 3 phones. No good morning, no how can I help you, an unfriendly face, he told me “you can stay right there” I didn't understand, I repeated again, sorry? You can stay right there and the person who works there was leaning on the wall with his arms together. Just as I came out. You can check the camera to see how little attention they offer there. 06/05/2020 10:35am-1045am, terrible service. People like that don't help the business. Thank you.
