This is the second time we used Crown Trophy… the first time I replicated my sons team winner trophy and the whole process to order the replicate was smooth. This second time around my sons trophy broke and I came in and was greeted by Katie and Dave, from the moment I walked in they were so nice and attentive . They took my sons trophy and fixed it in no time. They helped me to customize and replicate a smaller trophy for son with their amazing knowledge and creativity.
Will definitely continue to work with them as their customer service and attention is beyond amazing.
Don’t ever hesitate to come and work with Crown Trophy, you won’t regret it.

We ordered department awards through Crown Trophy and had the most amazing experience! They worked within our budget and provided a plethora of options. When the awards were selected, the proofing and turnaround time was efficient, and they remained very communicative throughout the process. We highly recommend them, especially after having poor experiences with other vendors; it was such a relief to know we were in good hands with Crown Trophy.

Crown has helped me create several different styles of recognition for my team and events for many years! While sometimes I have a specific idea in mind, they really shine when helping me when I’m unsure of best option to use. Their attention to details, professional service and kindness from the initial contact to pick up…keeps me coming back again and again.

Crown Trophy is not only a local gem, the current owners are just as much as gems as the location itself. David & Kathlene run this business with the utmost hospitality and regard for their clients. I was working to get a crystal award done for a prominent figure in our organization as he moves on to greater things in his ministry. The team was exceptional in assisting me with getting it done in a tight timeline: from sending me recommendations, and checking on inventory in real time to determine what would be best for what we wanted. Due to their knowledge/experience in the industry, they were able to help guide me in the right direction for this monumental occasion. Email communication was efficient and the entire team kept lines of communication open. I cannot see myself going to any other Trophy store as long as David & Kathlene are the owners of Crown Trophy!

I've been using Crown Trophy the past 4 years and owners Dave and Katie have been extremely professional, courteous, and so willing to patiently offer advice and suggestions to meet my trophy needs. They deserve a trophy for the amazing way in which they run their business and treat their customers. There is no doubt that I will continue to use Crown Trophy for my annual award ceremonies and will recommend them to all who ask.

I was in a huge jam and needed same day service. Not only did the staff provide same day service, I waited in the lobby for the project to be completed. IT WAS PERFECT!
