Waited over 3 hours to get 10 minutes of "care." I just needed a doctor to take look at my dogs cut to see if it was infected. It cost me $500 and lots tears because of the way they man handled my dog. My dog sat there having anxiety, like any dog would at a vet, for 2.5 hours shaking before the doctor finally came in to take a look. How could any vet do this to a dog? HeFirstly, In the 6 years of taking my dog to the vet they never muzzled her and this vet did. I told him she hates being muzzled and will go crazy but nobody cared. I requested to be with her at all times since she is a service dog and doesn't do well with separation. The assistant (Alexis) came in disregarded my request and tried to take her from me, even trying to take the leash out of my hand. I refused. So they allowed me to go to the back with her but it was a bait and switch. I walked to the back and once again the leash was taken from me. They pulled on her neck while she squirmed and back pedaled toward me on a recently torn ACL. She slipped all over the tile and continued pulled for what seemed like an eternity for me. I cried helplessly and begged them to stop pulling to prevent them from damaging the knee more. At this point I am sobbing in tears and persisted on being with her.At this moment I can see why dogs would bite them and their need to use a muzzle with the way they are treated. Sure, maybe I caught them on a bad day but it didnt even feel like they even cared for animals. They didnt try to calm her, or make any kind of connection with her before pulling her into the treatment room. It was so disheartening to watch. Also, Alexis (receptionist) had a REALLY bad attitude. She talked down to me when I was emotional about my dog and treated my questions as if they were stupid with her tone of voice. She also gave me wrong information about the status of my dogs bacteria test results when I called.

My dog was very sick. They sent my dog home, saying he they will treat him asymptomatic when he was bleeding out throughout his mouth and butt. They said " Its normal," but they knew it wasn't. The next day, they hospitalized my dog after a huge amount of money was paid. A technician with a lot less experience found out what was happening with my dog before the doctor who call himself a professional. He even charged me for a heart test because he said found something in his heart and the results were supposed to be done within 2 days and its been almost a week and Im still waiting to see what lie they are planning to tell me.On the 3rd day of hospitalization in the afternoon they said my dog has passed away but it was a medical negligence and to be honest and really think they killed my dog by not knowing how to treat the sickness he had.You guys took away one of the most beautiful things that ever happened to me and my wife, and we will never forgive you for what you did.

You make an appointment and wait an hour or more to get put into a room. Has happened multiple times. Doesn’t matter if I book 9am, 10am, 11am on different weekdays. And Weekends are just impossible for this business. Extremely unorganized. Will be going elsewhere

Horrible Clinic! We just needed to see our cat, no need to treat him! Just an inspection! We had an appointment for 3 pm, we waited 2 hours and no one came! We do not recommend this establishment at all!

Everyone was AMAZING, but one doctor was so disgusting. She was a main doctor there that mentioned my cat dying in a way of convincing me to buy a vaccination package I could not afford because I had over $1200 in expenses for my cats procedure but she continued to push in the absolute most hostile manner. Come to find out a man in the front that was yelling and causing a scene was idk g so do to the SAME doctor providing the same hostile environment for him and his fur baby. Genuinely so upsetting especially when all the girls at the front are wonderful, informative and efficient. She mentioned that not prioritizing the vaccines could kill my cat. What type of verbiage is that while speaking on someone’s animal? Again, she mentioned my cat possibly dying THREE TIMES. That’s beyond being informative, it’s being a bully. It should absolutely be fireable behavior to make customers feel as uncomfortable as she made me feel. She told the man at the front that he was killing his dog over the brand of dog food that he said he’s fed his other THREE dogs at home: an absolute bully and a nightmare to be around!

The staff is outstanding in how they treat your pet & customers. I got a big surprise when I took my dachshund Buttercup for grooming here I was grieving the upcoming loss of a family member & the groomer went above & beyond to not only groom my pet she also colored my pet’s nails hot pink ?. Wow that put a big smile on my face & Im forever grateful. Their prices are reasonable as well. Truthfully with all my years of pet ownership I rather Crystal Creek take care of all my pet needs. I no longer trust any other place.

Don’t even bother setting up an appointment. Every time I set up an appointment for anything I have to wait over an hour. today push the limit waiting over two hours being told that I was the next person to be seen for my pets. Absolutely ridiculous what is the point of setting up an appointment if you’re going to make us wait way past a reasonable amount of time. On top of that, they charge excessively if you haven’t already read the other comments, as well as the customer service and urgency to help patients is little to none. Take my advice and go somewhere else
