Went to this gym for a little over a year. You create a family type bond at this gym. Everyone is so encouraging and motivating even if they don't know your name. The owner Allen and his wife Jessica are great people and welcoming to all fitness levels. It's a small gym but the home atmosphere is what makes it so great. There's a little room available for children at no extra cost. Designated area for powerlifting as well as cross fit, body building and cardio machines. A lot of neat equipment in there and you learn a lot just from spending one day in there with the regular gym goers. Great place for anyone looking for a gym that doesn't involve all the uptight rules of commercial gyms. Parking is available all around the building.

I've been taking cross training classes here consistently since around November 2017, and I am really enjoying it. Allen is a great instructor, and pushes you while still making sure you are staying safe. I like that he takes the time to teach proper form and works with newbies to scale down their weights or modify the movements so they're not "thrown to the wolves." Since joining, I've noticed a HUGE boost in my endurance, which led to a 10K PR, as well as some lifting PRs - two of which are 95lbs. x1 rep on the overhead squats and 150 x2 reps on the backsquats. If you had asked me 5 months ago if I would be able to lift that much weight, I would have emphatically said no. But training here has allowed me to push past what I thought I could do. I feel empowered and more confident! This is also a very affordable gym, which I appreciate. You can get fit and not break the bank.

Great affordable gym for all types people, both experienced weight lifters or beginners. There are several platforms and squat racks and also an area with a rig for Crossfit classes. This gym has several machines, dumbells, strong man & powerlifting equipment, as well as a cardio room. The owner & his wife are extremely friendly as well as all of the other trainers. Whether you're a powerlifter, olympic weightlifter, body builder, or someone just looking to get back in shape this gym is for you.

My son has been training here for a few years. He has received the best weight and cardio training and has become more knowledgeable about his body and the importance of maintaining his athleticism and nutritional intake to become the athlete he is today. You want results- this is the place to go.

honestly if you're not training at CTX, you are missing out. The gym is filled with fantastic athletes who are always willing to give you a helping hand. I have progressed as an athlete here so much & could not thank coach enough for his knowledge & passion to see us all succeed.
