Excellent help and courtesy from Kia. After my unit suffered minor water damage from the hurricane she aided me in moving my unit and smoothly transitioning everything from my old one to another with boxes to protect everything.

I rented a Penske truck to travel back to Ohio and Penske was giving some difficulty getting the truck to this location where my reservation was held. Penske wanted me to travel to the other side of Orlando to pick up the truck and these ladies were fantastic in getting the other location, 45 minutes to an hour away to bring my truck to the correct location where I had it reserved. It was very much appreciated since I was from out of town and had to walk from our apartment to pick it up

It's always clean and in great shape never had a problem with anything or any staff and they worked with me on my payments when they were late
