I had a storage unit with Storage Rentals of America, and there were definitely some positives. Manny, the manager, is a great guy—very professional and always helpful. I also appreciated having a drive-up location, which made accessing my unit super convenient. Another big plus is that they don’t bump prices like many other storage companies do, which I found refreshing.
However, safety was a significant concern. I often saw homeless individuals roaming around and even hanging out inside the storage facility. This made me feel uneasy, especially if I needed to visit after sunset. It didn’t feel secure for me or my belongings.
If they can address the safety concerns, this location has great potential. For now, I can only give it 3 stars.

Property manager (0171) was fast to get me into a unit, he was able to help me find the perfect size unit for the best price. Definitely the most hassle free experience with a storage facility I’ve had. And have 0 complaints.

Came in to the store to ask about unit prices and I had questions that other places made me feel like an idiot for asking. Manny was phenomenal! He was not only professional and answered my questions but he made me feel like at home. He is truly a cut above the rest. I will be renting here
