I walk to the store the young lady at the front desk was very nice and respectful mind you she was with a customer over the phone but she was still respectful and polite after her phone conversation she took the time to help me with my questions and concerns which I really appreciate her name is Marva. Great customer service to her.

I’m only leaving this review for the store manager of cubesmart in Orlando, Raynesha. She is beyond amazing. These days businesses and corporations don’t focus on customer service. However, Raynesha is awesome. She radiates positivity and she is beyond helpful. Before entering the building I was met with her gracious spirit and warm heart. I’m grateful I got to meet someone with such a sweet spirit.

Raynesha went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase of the storage unit. She showed me a few options they had and also explained their fees, legal documents and agreements. I appreciate her help and patience as I asked numerous questions. She was so polite and kind.

Rented a unit today with Raynesha. The place was clean and cool. I had reserved online a smaller unit but ended up getting a larger unit she suggested. She was thorough and very pleasant answering all our questions. A shout out to Raynesha for going extra step by walking up 3 flights to operate the elevator just to show us the unit. Thanks you for a great customer experience.
