I was in the store about 3 weeks ago to return some items and the cashier's refused to give a refund she acted like she was having a mental breakdown I hope she can see a psychiatrist because something is seriously wrong with her she was walking around the store shouting like a idiot. I don't even know how she got hired to work with the public.

At 9 o'clock in the morning on May 11, I went to pick up the medicine for the first time. An Asian girl with glasses, don't know her name. I greet her. No answer, no smile. Ask me what's the matter. I don't know what I did to make her unhappy. The good mood of the morning disappeared in an instant. I think she probably hates her job

I have come by pick up and after several minutes in line, they tell me that they will close for half an hour. Ok, here they have lunch time but the thing is that all the employees yelled at me at the same time, an indecent chorus in which they all yelled something different. What rude employees of this pharmacy!

It has diminished a little. It's still a good location but I guess things do change. I always get my Flu and Pneumonia shots here though.

The worst unprofessional pharmacy I’ve ever encountered! Thank God my daughter is ok without the medication this store couldn’t tell me when it’s coming in !! On 3/26/23 I had a prescription sent over from urgent care for my daughters asthma (2 items ) I go to pick up the medication and I was given 1 out of 2 and told have a nice day . I then questioned and asked what happened to the other medication. I was told “ oh yea by tomorrow we should have it “ . Well thanks for letting me even know you’re out . Problem #1. I go 2 days later and was told they don’t see a prescription to a oh it could be here tomorrow or 2 weeks . How sad and unprofessional . I ask for a manager 20 minutes later and see a sign saying the machine is down . Lol . When I come to ask a question the man had a very nasty attitude and quoted don’t you see the sign the system is down we are busy . I will never use this ghetto pharmacy again . I should have known to stick to Publix where there are professional and treat you with respect. Don’t come here
