They should choose better the people they serve when one goes for medication. Today I was at the Landstar headquarters and I was treated by a woman who treated me with arrogance and contempt named Zaira with number CSH# 1488920. I went to get medication for my daughter who had just left the emergency room and she treated me very poorly, it was 10 morning and he told me that the medicine was not there, I asked him what I could do and he told me nothing, that I had to wait until 8 at night, I told him that if possible he could help me to advance the order because it is a medicine for an emergency situation that took my daughter and he said no, that he couldn't do anything, all this with a tone of overpowering and at the same time contempt for me, I had never been treated like that in that headquarters, I had never seen that Mrs. Zaira. I left without saying anything but I approached the next window where I saw a lady named Sonia CSHR# 0159186 who has served me on other occasions, she was very kind when I told her the situation and helped me make the recipe that I soon received. They delivered, I wish they would get people who would serve the public like her, to make matters worse, the bad lady Zaira, when she saw that they helped me, looked at me terribly badly.

Today was by far the most embarrassing experience. I went to pick up my toddlers medicine after waiting patiently on line for 10-15min I was told to speak to pharmacist Allistar. I gave him my child’s date of birth. When my prescription was found I was immediately told to pay 58.00 upfront. He assumed I didn’t have insurance due to Medicaid being on hold. I assured him my blue cross blue shield insurance coverage took care of the cost. He then said he has too much to deal with 9 out of 10 times my insurance doesn’t cover it while asking me what am I going to do in a flustered hurry.??!!..I told him please verify with my insurance company and I’ll wait but he replied with I don’t have time and they will have me on phone for 30 min so you should call them after I pay out of pocket. I felt very uncomfortable discriminated against and expect much more professionalism from a CVS trained customer service pharmacist. It’s unacceptable. Very nicely Laura stepped in and took charge of experience. Asked for my insurance card and within 1 minute assured I had no charge due to my insurance covering the cost. I thanked her and asked to speak to his supervisor because I am a regular at that CVS location and don’t want to feel unwelcomed and discriminated against ever again.

Horrible pharmacy location to use. The wait time for a fill was way to long. It took them almost 20 minutes to ring me up mind you I called ahead. The lady found mines and another males and then she left us waiting while she handled production or one of the million other things she was attempting to manage. I will never use this location again. I also talked to the pharmacy manager and he did not help the line but eventually he even realized let me get him out of her. I already told him I was getting more anxiety and would most likely get a panic attack soon. Im use to New York CVS which is fast and friendly. Also the pharmacy was extremely dirty and dusty and unkept. They need to be updated on work flow and hit those metrics.

This is like the 3rd time that I'm the only person in line then someone comes after me and they get serviced before me, it's really annoying being ignored and watching them help someone else she literally told me to give her 2 minutes then someone else pulled up and got there medication before me. My prescription was already ready as well. Get it together please that is so rude.

When you have any issue with your prescription, ask for Sonia in the pharmacy and it will be fixed for sure. (PERIOD)

There was nothing that could have been different for today. Everything was exceptional. Sonia was extremely helpful and professional, being my go between to the pharmacist. Sonia is very personal and caring towards her customers so glad that I had her assisting me.Liz was the pharmacist and she was my Angel for the day with the help that she was able to provide for me was extremely exceptional. She was my Angel for today. Sonia and Liz are the most kind hearted ladies. CVS is very fortunate to have them on the pharmacy staff. Thank you both for watching over me as a customer. My Angels , Blessings to you both.

This is the worse CVS in Orlando. Customer service is terrible. Who is recruiting this people or who is the recruiter? I waited in the drive through lane for my turn and after the person before me left, they shut down the drive through. Parked my car went inside and the shut down the whole pharmacy! What business does that?! That’s the reason I’m changing everything to Walgreens.
