Decrease wait time at drive through. I spent 25 minutes waiting to pick up my prescription. I was third car inline when I pulled up. It should not take that long. Extremely Disappointed.

I waited more than 1 hour for my medication, ask why!? and the pharmacist was very rude to me! If you don't like your job, look for another one, working with the public is difficult, however, I shouldn't be rude to people, especially when we need medicine.

Rushed up and went through their drive through at 4:55pm on a Sunday because they had just sent a text that a prescription was ready and I knew they closed at 5:00pm. The automated speaker said someone would be right with me so I politely waited and at 5:01pm someone came to the window and tells me they are closed and then argued me that I hadn't been sitting there for a few minutes BEFORE 5:00pm. This location is the most unprofessional and uncaring people...find another one if you need a prescription...

Joe, the pharmacist, not only gave me an explanation of precriptions received, but helped me find an over-the-counter product which I greatly appreciated...and, also, wished me the best with an upcoming medical procedure. Took me back to my younger days when your pharmacist knew you, and your family which has been lost in today's world of impersonalized pharmaceutical distribution I,e., can I have your name and date of birth!\\nJoe talked to me and asked how my wife was doing...and smiled a lot!! Joe would be good for anyone's business. It's called good communication and relationships.

Self checkout only? The cashier claims that self checkout is the only way to checkout and said it has been that way for years. Totally false as I think she was just too lazy to work the cash register and bag your items. Not going back.

I went in to CVS as I woke up with my eye glued together. I looked through the eye drop area and was not sure what would help if I needed a prescription so asked the pharmacy. Kareem came out to the aisle to help me. He was very knowledgeable and honest that the drops could help but I probably needed a RX since it sounded like a bacterial infection based on my cat rubbing his face on me while I was cleaning his abscess. Unfortunately my insurance only covers prescriptions at Walgreens so I didn't get it filled at CVS but was super happy to have a helpful, patient, and knowledgeable pharmacy within walking distance from me. GREAT JOB KAREEM THANK YOUUpdate! My doctor just prescribed exactly what Kareem said I needed.

Never go to this CVS or any of them you think you're getting something cheap and then when you get for the register they want you to put in your phone number that it never recognizes....and then you end up paying twice as much for something you can get at 7-Eleven
