The Pharmacy Staff member was very helpful and polite. I am very disappointed that CVS has machines at checkout. I prefer being serviced by a human being. Which is why I appreciate the Pharmacy department. CVS is my preferred pharmacy and for my personal items, etc. Thank you.

Hate the pharmacist. \\u0026 it was the manger Debby I had the issue with. Completely rude. Never called me to inform the medication was ready. Spoke to the manger when I got there \\u0026 I said honestly why is she rude. She works in a health field , she works with people. Deft going to a different pharmacy.

I have NEVER left a review for anyone. But I had to do it. They are worst. I was told my Covid test would be turned around working 48 hours. It is over 48 hours. I call an they say it could be until tomorrow which is now 72 hours. I needed it to go to a wedding. Now we can't go and they could care less. The pharmacy that answers could have cared less. I know they don't care but I will never go back to CVS again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would've this was the nastiest service I have ever had I went through drive through waited in line and when it was my turn I asked for a price check of my medication I was told that I should leave the line and go back to the back to rejoin the drive through line I was already waiting because there was a car behind me that was going to take a Covid test apparently she's clairvoyant and knew what the car behind me needed before she even got to speak to them so she's in the wrong line of business, I told her it was extremely unfair to me and I have already waited in this line and just need a price check she then proceeded to tell me that all this time that I spent saying no I could've already been in the back of the line I refused to leave again and she slammed the phone and walked off within 30 seconds another pharmacist was able to give me the price I truly couldn't believe the treatment I received here prioritizing a 10 sec nose swab over me needing my medication information like what kind of pharmacist or pharmacy tech are you ? If you ever get the young lady with the dark hair and glasses I suggest you may just go into respiratory failure if it's up tp her

I should have read the reviews before going there. Worse service ever. Obviously they don't care because they have many negative reviews and they don't improve. It tells me they don't care about their customers. what kind of company does that? So, they tell me my script won't be ready for six hours. I just had all my teeth pulled. I need the rinse and the pain killers. Six hours? I told them to give my scripts back and I went to Walgreens and in 20 minutes I had my script filled. Shame shame on you CVS. Walgreens has you beat. I will never ever go to a cvs again. If I am dying I still wouldn't go.

It's 7:56 pm and I'm at the pharmacy waiting to be attended. I'm standing by the counter until 8pm when a female closes the gate on me without asking me anything and says they are closed.... now if I could only take that 1 star away it would be epic... gotta love Florida.
