The pharmacy representatives here are absolute trash. They will answer your phone and place you on hold. (In order for corporate not to notice that they're not actually answering phones) Never getting back to attend you. You can call for hours simply to ask a question and you will be ignored. It's extremely unprofessional, especially when it comes to peoples health. To be so distasteful in the medical profession, is dishonoring.

Terrible atención al cliente 100% groseros 0% dispuestos a ayudar a nadie . Se trata de medicina no saben tratar a las personas tardan muchísimo para atenderte y luego decirte que no hay la medicina a de más de eso no te ayudan a localizar una farmacia que si tenga la medicina y 100% GROSEROS!

Had the Best Experience at this CVS! I moved from the West Coast and needed a Prescription Refill. I was so relieved that I could get my Refill. Their Customer Service was Outstanding! So refreshing to know there’s still good quality people willing to help. Thank You so Much CVS. I found My New Pharmacy!!!

If I could've put a zero I would've this was the worst customer service and traumatizing experience I have ever had I waited in line in the drive through when it was my turn I politely asked if she could check the price she proceeded to tell me there was someone behind me waiting to do a COVID's test (clearly she's a mind reader knowing what the car behind me was there for) and I could leave the line and return to the back of the line I told her I was not ok with that because I have already waited in line and it was very unfair when she could perform the price check now she proceeded to tell me that I all the time I spent saying no I could've already been at the back of the line she got frustrated and walked off and someone else was able to get me the price within 30 seconds of her leaving I'm absolutely disgusted with her prioritizing a 10 second nose swab over a medications that I clearly need what kind of pharmacist or pharmacy tech is that I will NEVER be a customer here again if you ever get her with the dark hair and glasses you're better off going into respiratory failure if you're leaving it up to her

I took a friend to the wrong side of cvs for a Covid test and met Franky. Very rude with a bad attitude. Not feeling well as it is and having to endure that type of customer service? No. Need customer service classes. Thank you.

When I went to get the covid vaccine it was fast. I saw that this place is messy, products and badly placed shelves everywhere when I arrived. I guess they were counting inventory or maybe new merchandise was coming to the place, lol! I bought some things and the cashier was very nice.

Don't go here to get your photos done. I got a disposable camera for NEW YEARS gave it to the employees the next day and till this day they don't know where it is. They can find me in the system, I'm pretty sure they just throw your stuff away and tell you they don't know and move on. I have talked to everyone and they're so in adequate to do their jobs. All they needed to do is ONE thing and they messed that one up. Also management is just as bad they literally can't get their employees in check, I literally talk to the guy who I gave the camera too and he's doesn't remember getting a camera that night. I was nice but maybe if I was mean they would care ? Anyways it's been almost 5 months and I'm still mad, if you work there I'm sorry but how tf do you get paid to mess up all the time ?? The people at the wawa can take care of a camera better then y'all.

This is the worst customer service! I'm just reading the reviews and I'm not wrong at all. I just went to the pharmacy to pick up medicine for my dad (who was really sick at the car) and THE MANAGER AMY DIDNT WANT TO READ MY PRESCRIPTION BECAUSE SHE WAS TOO BUSY! She told me to go to another cvs because the were closing and I look at my phone and was 7 pm... THEY CLOSE AT 8! We are talking about an hour and I tried to explain her this was an emergency my dad was really really sick and I don't have time to go to another store and she was really rough with me. This is not customer service this is NOT how you supposed to deal with a "busy" situation. We are talking about emergencies and I'm gonna talk with my insurance to DONT use this cvs for me. There wasn't a manager there but I know there's nothing else to do because like I said before SHE WAS THE PHARMACY MANAGER! So please DONT COME HERE! Pharmacy #03921

That Genesis girl at the pharmacy always has an attitude and never runs my medication through correctly. She blames it on the insurance but they keep telling me everything is working fine. She is never willing to help with anything like calling my doctor or my insurance. Truly a shame but I have to switch pharmacies.

Would NEVER come to this CVS again there is a Walgreens down the road you guys can visit. Had a horrible experience with Kelly very rude, no customer service skills!! The only reason I know her name was I was able to go around and look at her name tag I asked her for her name and she was very rude and said you don't need that for anything and try to cover her name tag very very rude won't come back again!!! Zero stars

Went here for a Covid-19 test. Went though the drive through window and the lady that help me was very nice and patient. She walked me through the test and it only took about 15 minutes.

I always use CVS to fill my prescriptions. My 5 year old got diagnosed with bronchitis and he had two medications to be filled sent by the dr. One was antibiotic and the other was a cough medicine. When we got to the pharmacy after two hours the dr sent them over, they tell me they can't give me the cough medication because it might be the wrong dosage as it seemed high for his age. The pharmacist told me they had to contact the dr and they couldn't give it to me till tomorrow. I understood the reason why. Next day I'll it was almost 5'oclock and the pharmacist told me they had not gotten a response from the doctor. I was made by than so I asked them to call the doctor versus waiting for a responsive via fax. They told me they would call me back as soon as they had a response. I heard nothing. It was almost closing time and I called back again and the pharmacist was so rude at answering my questions and treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. He finally told me he had a cough medicine that was ready and interrupted me every time I tried to speak. I never had a bad experience till this one. Waiting for two days to get a prescription filled for my 5 year old that's been battling his cough. If o would've known I would've used another pharmacy.
