Pharmacy is horrible. Some of the workers in the pharmacy are extremely rude. Don't even try to call them, they pick up and put you back on hold instantly and then disconnect the call. One woman in the pharmacy in particulate has such a bad attitude. I wish I never had to use this pharmacy.

The people at the counter seem polite enough while I briefly passed by towards the pharmacy, (the reason for even getting two stars and because the store was neat as far as I can see, just like any typical CVS). When I got to the pharmacy they had literally JUST closed for their thirty minute break, it was my first time trying to get a prescription ever. I had a simple question that I wanted to ask, to make sure I even came with the right document. I had one paper, and if it wasn't right, I could have easily just went home and figured it out while their break ended, all I needed was a yes or a no. I first went up to the window, a female finally looked up, said they are closed and walked away. A male pharmacist, in white coat assuming, came out, I barely got two words out of my mouth before being shut down and told in thirty minutes. I found these individuals very off-putting and ill-mannered. Of course, I respect their break, I had one simple question, and they, especially the actual pharmacist, could have handled it better than that I believe. I know it is Pine Hills but I would expect Pharmacists from CVS to have better customer service than the 7/11 gas station next door. I will be going out of my way to avoid this specific CVS at all costs.

Why is this the only CVS that takes 60 hours to get your Covid results. I've been tested a few times before at different CVS and usually get the results in less than 24 hours. It's already 48 hours and they tell me it could be up to the end of the day which is 12 hours away!! Last time I get tested here.

CVS 7665 W Colonial Dr. Complete incompetence. I had an appt for 230 with confirmation number. They could not find my reservation. They did not explain why they couldn't find it even when I showed the email and text with confirmation. I waited from 230pm until 415pm almost hours with my 6 year old daughter in the car. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a business. The lack of empathy and courtesy was astonishing. I will never go back to that location if at all any CVS establishments. 0 out of 10.

The pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous here. I had a covid test scheduled at 3:50. The line was long for pharmacy so I parked and went inside at 4 so because I need to be covid tested for travel purposes and cannot miss this test. When I went inside, I spoke to the pharmacy department who told me I was good until 5:20. I went back into my car, went through the pharmacy drive-thru and they told me the canceled my appointment because of being late and that the nurse performing covid tests leave at 4. I cannot believe the incompetence displayed by this staff. They recommended I go to a clinic 45 minutes away at a $150 cost and expressed their apologies for the misinformation. They said there was no way they could get me in for an appointment in the morning for a rapid test or anything. To have given me false information for a serious situation and provide absolutely NO help and accommodation for their mistake is unacceptable. They cannot even get times correct, do NOT trust them with medication.

I was just told by the pharmacist that he is too busy to take a prescription by hand. I had informed him ptnt was dc'd with no transport and no meds. He said to call back the next day. Sad sad state for healthcare

Ordered prints on line, said they would be ready by 8:27 pm, got there right at that time, and proceeded to be ignored by the guy working the front. He finally came over to help, couldn't find my prints and instead of trying to figure out where they were/printing them or giving me any answer about them at all, he walked away and went to other guests without letting me know anything- whether they were printed yet/if I should wait/if he was working on it- nothing. Waited over 20 minutes, when I asked if they were printing or not, he held up a finger to me and still never answered me. Ended up sitting in my car for a few minutes about to leave because I wasn't getting help or acknowledged. Went back in after a bit to see if they have been worked on at all, still nothing. The guy at the front finally called for someone to help him at the front and she was able to locate/get my prints for me within 5 minutes. Spent 25 minutes waiting for something that could have been resolved much faster.

Bad enough I had to go for a Covid test. But the nurse was late for my 2:10pm appointment, then her computer 'was slow', then she expected me to shout out my personal information from the drive thru lane. NO HIPPA here! Worst service ever! I would never come back here.

Absolutely horrible blonde hair woman working there, she answer the phone and slammed it down would not even look at my wife's prescription walked back and talked to the pharmacist and whispered something to her, came back and said they already went thru their allowance of medicine my wife needed. I am retired 23 yrs from The Us Navy and have never seen such horrible customer service. You as a company should be ashamed to have anyone work for you like that. Drove right across the street to Publix's and absolutely not one issue. What a disgrace!

Worst cvs as far as picking up items for delivery. Refused to allow me to pick up a prescription for a customer. I specifically gave the customer directions on RxNet but he didn't allow me to explain. I got on the phone with the company and it turns out I didn't need the information they was asking for so this made me super late to get to the customer.
