There have been too many different pharmacist s in the last several months. Due too this I have ended up in the hospital because of the meds I need to thrive in a day to day life. This is not good. I have been a customer for over 27yrs and this is unacceptable. Lately since this new pharmacist has come in he has taken care of making sure my meds are in stock. I appreciate that. I hope he stays on because my life is in your hands think about that.

First is always closed. The pharmacy is the worst, they only open for 4 hours a day. They go to lunch for another 1 hour. Sometimes they close early or Don’t open at all. If your trying to call good luck if someone answers and help you, not just that i have to deal with the worst attitude from them every damn time. At this point this location should just close. Walgreens offers better hours and nicer customer service.

I'm a pharmacist. I also have to deal with pharmacies for elderly family members that need medications. I know CVS from experience working with them and within Target. This location is ill equipped to handle any sort of volume that is above 100-150 scripts per day. Techs are poorly trained, rude, lack manners and just do not care about their job or the customers. The pharmacist does not lead them and it shows. Medication error is a serious issue here as they seem to cut corners when inputting prescriptions without checking DOB for matching names. Have had my grandmothers profile mixed up with another person of the same name. Totally different medication and doctor. Steer clear of this location. Go to Costco.

This particular CVS Pharmacy is located on the corner of East Colonial Drive and Goldenrod Road. Like all, or at least almost all, CVS Pharmacy locations that I have been to, there is an appropriate amount of parking. The staff is friendly enough and this location has the usual items that you would associate with a CVS Pharmacy. All in all, I would definitely recommend this particular CVS Pharmacy.

This CVS is closest to my house so I've been here several times. But the last 2 times I've come here I've had an issue every time. The whole reason for my visit today was to use some of the coupons I had on my CVS rewards card and to purchase several Maybelline products. There was absolutely none of the products I was looking for on the shelves. After picking up a few other things and taking them to the register my coupons weren't applied because they didn't exist. I had to log back in to the app to show them the coupons were on the card. Is the last time I'm coming here Walgreens has a way better beauty section.
