I normally don't get on the social media complaint bandwagon. . .however, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! If there were -zero stars available that would be my rating! Look I understand everybody has a bad day and grace sometimes is needed. Although, after trying for 3 days to get my meds over the phone, then finally having to go in personally (sick) to deal with the situation, only to be yelled at by the Pharmacist who kept insisting "I was wrong and it must have been another CVS I was dealing with", I stopped engaging. It was so bad my boyfriend felt the need to step in to address the disrespectful way I was being talked to. To make it worse they had literally just opened and PX was completly empty?!?! To be clear before I blasted, I called back to ask for PX on duty name. I was given Iag for the name? I can confirm, middle age man, glasses, accent. I will pray for you and all the people who have to deal with you daily! Good luck!

This is the worst CVS I’ve ever been to. They literally don’t have anyone working at the registers at all. Everybody is forced to use self-checkout. I used the self-checkout and I needed help with it and I had to wait 10 minutes for help because there was a huge line and it took so long to get help! The people at this CVS are lazy and want all the customers to do all the work. It’s ridiculous!

This place can't answer a phone, return a voicemail, or follow standing instructions for a prescription. I had precisely 1 script at this place and it was such a a miserable experience every refill I will put more somewhere else to avoid it.

I am sorry to have to add my negative review to this pharmacy. We used the CVS Telehealth system, and had a prescription for basic antibiotics called in at 6:30 am. By 8:30 am, the prescription was still not filled, and though there were 3 workers there, they said they would not be able to fill for at least 30 minutes. We were on our way to the airport with a hope to get my husband started on antibiotics for an ear infection, and they had no interest in helping us with the situation. I will be looking for another telehealth and pharmacy option in the future.

I visited this pharmacy with the hope of getting my prescription filled, a process I thought would be straightforward and professional. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but. The head”pharmacist” on duty was incredibly rude from the moment I approached the counter. Not only was I met with an unwelcoming attitude, but my valid prescription was also outright denied without a legitimate reason besides that they are “backed up” with online prescriptions. mind you, I was in the store in person which is a whole different aspect. If I’m in the store physically telling you that I need my medicine today it should be your job to at least try make that possible. They had no answers for me and told me to just go to a different pharmacy. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially in a field where empathy and understanding should be at the forefront of customer service. I am deeply disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I urge potential customers to consider this experience before choosing this pharmacy for their needs.

Most unreliable CVS store with lots of complaints frequent from customers. They are stacking expired( May 2023, sold in Feb 2024 with rancid oils in face and lip sticks and body oils and lotions; check expiry every time at this location. Really poorly maintained store stock) skincare, health snacks and body care products frequently which you don’t get to expect. Customer team associates are clueless about product availability and don’t stack items in timely manner, don’t know where to find stuff and aren’t much helpful.

By far the worst CVS I have ever used. They do not answer the phone to patients and they do not call back when you leave a voicemail. I was finally able to get in contact with the pharmacist once and he hung up on me. They are unprofessional and don't understand how to properly fill prescriptions.

They force you to self checkout. A big line starts piling up and they could care less they will make sure everyone self check out. They dont wanna work anymore.

The service in this store leaves a lot to be desired, I have already had 2 uncomfortable experiences with an employee named Siul, they should give her some classes on customer service, product handling and kindness.

This is the worst pharmacy . Today at 1:10 pm i went to pickup my medicine using the drive thru after waiting more than 30 minutes finally it was my turn and the pharmacist closed the window on my face and left !!!! Without telling me nothing so i went inside the pharmacy and a store manager told us that they have to go to lunch at 1:30 and they can’t help anyone until 2pm. I told her that is not professional to closed the window on my face after waiting for so long without telling anything. The only answer I received there is nothing that we can do. Definitely they can do something for all of us! They can add signs outside on the drive thru telling everyone that doesn’t know about their lunch time saying: We are close from Xxxx to xxxx at least we save time instead of waiting for nothing. We’re all busy in our life working and with family for this people just closed the window on my face without any explanation, they don't respect anybody’s time.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. For five days in a row they have been telling me that my prescription is ready and when I get there it is not ready and they expect me to go home and then come back. I am working all day and have many other things to do and cannot continue to waste valuable time due to the incompetence of this pharmacy. From the looks of all other reviews I am not the only one who has been through this horrible experience with CVS Lake Nona. If you can avoid this pharmacy please do so.
