Garbage customer service!!!! The pharmacy is a joke !!! When someone's severely sick you don't tell them you can't fill it til tomorrow !! She had no empathy and lacked customer services skills after I waited 30 minutes on hold to talk to a human being! I'd give them 0 stars if I could!!!

Employee Sabrianka is rude, nasty and has NO regard for customers. She lies to customers and keeps them waiting longer than necessary ON PURPOSE. The pharmacist on duty on 8/23/23 6:00 pm had NO control over his own pharmacy and the rude girls who work there with him! Very hard to communicate with. He is very rude also. This CVS is located at 12280 Lake Underhill Rd., Orlando, FL, 32828. STR#5214

Getting better with service ! They used to be very slow to answer calls and drive thru but lately they've been helpful and fast. The attitudes have gotten happier. A month ago everyone was very mean & unhelpful. Thank you cvs alafaya !

Our Lake Underhill/Alafaya Pharmacy is OPTIMAL, & has consistently, for YEARS, demonstrated its staff & its professionalism to be exceptionally dependable, efficient, service-centered, considerate, reliable, kind-hearted & truly an industry-worthy role model. I am constantly amazed at how they manage this-especially on a comparative basis-but, I am ever so grateful to them-& store manager, Guy! THANK YOU!!! ❤️

Super slow pharmacy! Expect to wait in line for about an hour with incompetent people who don't speak English. Sometimes they will forget to give you your medication.

1. This locations pharmacy makes it common practice not to answer their phone. For doctors or customers2.Said I didn't have a profile with them. I realized they were looking for Michael Byrnes (my name is Michele Byrne)3. Refused to let me purchase my medication in store and insisted I had to go through drive through all though I was already in store and no notification posted anywhere of this policyDo not recommend this pharmacy

This pharmacy will call you to pick up your medicine without running it through your insurance first. Then, when you come by, they want to charge you some horrible amount as a cash paying customer, then ask you if you have insurance (which you have given to them months ago, and is clearly marked in their system and used many times before) then you are told that your insurance will not let you take the medicine until a week later so either cough up the cash or go away. This is a common problem, This CVS keeps doing this very regularly. It happened to me at least 4 times. They also can't get needle size right. It is very unfortunate to be stuck with them.

I have tried to speak to a pharmacist 3 times--went through the whole screening process each time and was disconnected 3 times--before I had a chance to speak to anyone. Poor customer service!

Why should I schedule an appointment for my vaccine and show up early to check in only to still be waiting 25 minutes past my scheduled time?

I'm giving this minute clinic a one star only because there is no zero. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We arrived at the so-called walk-in medical clinic at 8:50 and waited until they opened at 9 Once they opened no one even acknowledged us The doctor just walked around changing the signs to open. We sat there for 15 minutes with no other patients around. So we ask is this a walk-in and she tells us no you have to take an appointment and the first appointment isn't available until 230. Like I stated no one is even waiting to be seen and my husband is there for a simple dogbite just to get some antibiotics. The female doctor was so extremely rude and uncaring. They never have to worry about me returning to this CVS. It should not be called a walk-in clinic as that service is not provided even when there's no one waiting!

All the staff has been extremely helpful and courteous to me. I have filled my RXs here for approx 10 years and have never had an issue with the staff or pharmacy in general. They have called my insurance company many times on my behalf and assisted me above the requirements of their jobs. I have many prescriptions at different refill times each month, and they always exceed expectations. They contact my Dr for me if I need refills, sometimes multiple times to make sure it is addressed. They contact me by phone, txt and email to remind me of refills, status and any concerns.

Terrible pharmacy. I had Pneumonia and had to go to the doctor after work to get prescriptions written, and by that time it was getting late. They prescribed me an uncommon yet strong antibiotic and told me not to waste any time filling it so that I could start taking it immediately. I scrambled to the Target pharmacy and they were able to fill the other prescriptions, but not the antibiotic because they did not have it. It was almost closing time, but I could see on my phone the the CVS down the street was close enough. I got there about 10 minutes BEFORE closing time and the gate was shut. At this point I was so sick and just too fatigued to make that a big deal but I could see the pharmacist through the window just sitting lazily in front of her computer. At this point I was thinking, you know what, I just want to sleep, but I do not want to have to come back here tomorrow just to find out that they do not have the medicine. So, I tapped on the window and said that I just have a question she VERY rudely snapped at me "No, we are closed." Huh, I looked at my phone then back at her then back at my phone. Actually, no, you don't close for 7 minutes. I held up my script and in my hoarse voice "Please can you just let me know if you HAVE these at all? I have pneumonia and I do not want to drive all around town looking for this tomorrow. Just please, just check." Not once did she move from that computer. She just snapped back again, "we are closed. You should have gotten here earlier. I cannot help you right now. You will have to come back tomorrow." She was not nice about it at all. Her tone, her body language. It was as if she was taking out her bad day on me. I really got pissed at that point. Here I am, sick as a dog, and you closed before you are supposed to and all I want to know is simply DO YOU HAVE IT OR NOT. How hard is it to walk yourself over to a shelf standing right behind you and, using your miraculous power of sight, look to determine whether or not there is a bottle of medicine labeled Suprax sitting there? Less than 5 seconds is how long it would have taken to help me out. She could have just looked and given me thumbs up or down and I would have been satisfied. I left that place and I have NEVER gone back in. Nor will I ever go to this CVS for anything ever. It is not that hard to smile and be polite. I had a simple problem that a 2 year old child could have solved, but she CHOSE not to help me because she didn't FEEL like it. I do not recommend this CVS.
