For a long time I used CVS pharmacy for my and my family's prescriptions, I changed locations and it has been a very bad experience, specifically in this pharmacy, they have bad service, long waiting times and very bad customer service, some people seem to be in a bad mood all the time.

Never again. I don't know why this pharmacy is so poorly run, but expect really long waits (over 50 minutes in the drive-thru tonight, a Monday) and when I finally got someone to help me it turns out that the Rx that was supposed to be ready on Saturday (their auto-fill service), that I called about on Sunday and was told ready by 3pm Sunday, wasn't ready. They claimed there were no refills left and the doctor hadn't been reachable. Time to switch to a better more efficient pharmacy.

Never again. The pharmacy customer service is terrible, you receive text stating RX is ready and when i go to pick up they say it's back ordered. I return when told in three days and RX is not ready. Missed 4-days of Medication, and now my one RX is off normal refill cycle. I had to call and inform I would be missing medication again for 4-days. So much for their auto refill program, total incompetence!!

I had a ups delivery that required a signature. Since I was not home the ups driver delivered the item to cvs as it serves as am access point. I received an email and text from ups and t-mobile stating my package was delivered. I went the counter to pick up the item. Alex the cashier stated there was no package for me. A bit puzzled, I informed him that I received confirmation that it was delivered. He stated that this happens all the time that ups sends out notifications that it has been delivered and in actuality it has not. The requested I go home and call ups or tmobile. After spending 3 hours on the phone with Tmobile and submitting a claim to ups and trying to order another phone, I decided to head back to the cvs as the whole process did not make any sense. Sure enough the cashier Alex said that he found the package and that he missed my name. It was easy for him to give up after 5 minutes, for him to recommend I spend hours on the phone to resolve the situation. If he had taken a few more minutes to listen to what I was saying, then maybe he might have found my item and saved me 3 hours. Store Manager Julie, please teach and train your associates to listen to the customer and provide the customer service they deserve.

Incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. Got a rapid COVID test there, would highly recommend. Fast and efficient.I got my nose swab, they asked me to wait in front of the CVS doors until the nurse called me in. They said it would take 20-40 minutes. Within 10-15 minutes of waiting they called me in! Got my results and walked out.Every staff member I came across was delightful! Again, highly recommend.

Under stocked, understaffed, overworked and unhelpful. Refused to help me find out of stock medication. Did help me get an expedited medication but I'm used to pharmacists knowing you and helping you and caring about their clients. That is not the case here.

For me it seems to be a long wait when you are trying to get meds refilled when you live 14 miles away. The only thing is that my insurance has assigned me because the local CVS is here can I handle the medication that I take her to not have it in stock..
